Used Courier Point to schedule a shipment from the UK to USA, Fed Ex. There was a hiccup in the scheduled pickup, but Courier Point rescheduled. Everything went to schedule and received in record time... Zobacz więcej

Dysfunctional website

This is a review of the booking process as nothing's been shipped yet. Booked and paid for shipping. The 'Print' package labels button on the 'Print labels' page brings up 'UNEXPECTED ERROR Sorry, something has gone wrong.' As does print invoice.

If I try to login to my account, it tells me there's a username and password mismatch although they also emailed those to me.

I emailed Courierpoint but as it's after 5pm and their office is closed I won't hear from them this evening.

Until I can print the labels I won't be able to review the shipping but so far it's been a time-consuming and wasteful process which I wouldn't wish to repeat.

Will not support you if courier messes up

Fine if all goes well by the courier. I used them about 10 times without problem.
If the courier messes up in some way then they will not support you at all even if you are in the right and 100% courier fault.
UPS lost my parcel for weeks on end with no tracking and then finally returned it out of the blue. I had evidence of drop-off, reported the issue early etc. UPS charged Courierpoint twice (unbelievably they charged for the return) so Courierpoint just took the additional money off my card and refused to properly take it up with UPS. All they needed to do was copy and paste my clear email of the chronology and then get on the phone and complain to their supplier UPS. But it is clear to me they had no interest.
As I said you better hope it doesn't go wrong because you will have NO COMEBACK
Not worth taking them to small claims as they well know so I will never use them again.

We are truly sorry about the service provided by UPS on this occasion.

I have had a look into your case and can see that we were querying the charges since March, but UPS kept refusing all the queries and were extremely adamant even though we provided them with all the evidence we collected.

Although the query has been rejected, we have decided to absorb the return cost since this was a particularly bad service on UPS' side.

I can see that the refund is pending since your conversation on our chat from yesterday. Hence, I have asked our Accounts Team to deal with it as soon as possible.

Once again please accept our apologies about the whole situation. Rest assured that this is not usual UPS' standard.

First class service!!

Really easy and the online chat operators were great in reassuring me of what I had to do. The pickup driver was helpful and courteous (FedEx) and I was able to track my package all the way to its destination. It arrived when it said it would, just 2 days from collection in the UK to delivery in the USA! I certainly will use CourierPoint again. Highly recommend.

Brilliant service

Amazing. Very on point. Shipped from Northern Ireland to USA within 2 days! And for the speed and weight, it’s extremely cheap to use CourierPoint. I would use its service again and definitely recommend it to anybody who wants to send kilos of stuff across the world

Very reliable service

The chat service, dealing with two people, was very helpful in choosing the right courier to take my envelope to South Africa.
The labels printed as planned and the package was collected on Monday and delivered to the addressee on Wednesday afternoon.

Altogether and excellent service. I would highly recommend you!

It’s great to see that the same high…

It’s great to see that the same high standard of service is being kept regardless of what’s happening(Brexit, virus, etc). As fast and reliable as ever before. Would definitely use again.
