Last month we bought our caravan from Couplands Lincoln and we were so happy with the service! Chris dealt with our sale and was really helpful, answering all our questions about a new van and trading our existing one in. This is in contrast to the awful service we had with our first caravan a few years ago at a different dealership in Lincoln (not Couplands). We will always use Couplands now and recommend to any friends who are looking to buy a caravan or motorhome.

Bought a caravan from their Couplands Worksop branch. Excellent customer care from Mark the salesman to Alan who demonstrated how everything worked in the van etc. In fact it’s the best customer care I have ever received from a caravan dealer.

Recently part exchanged our caravan for a new Coachman 845 at Couplands, Worksop. We were very pleased with the service and support we received from ordering it in February to picking it up in May. Fantastic service from sales to the guys who valeted and did the handover and I must say that they all are a credit to the company, great caravan at a great price and with a 3 months warranty. From the moment we spoke with Dave Storey at Worksop he made us feel at ease. He made the deal for us which we were happy to accept. My work commitments meant I had to re-schedule pick up date. Not a problem for them. When the bank promised us there wouldn’t be a problem with the bank transfer, but there was, no problem. Handover day was dealt with by Alan. Very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. Very professional company who look after the customer and listen to their requirements. Cannot recommend Couplands high enough. Restored our faith in dealerships and will return there for our servicing and any other needs. Absolute pleasure dealing with everyone both at Worksop and Louth where we went to see our caravan. 10/10.

Chris Long, the sales manager, did a great job pre-sale investing lots of time with us explaining the pros and cons of several campervans before we ordered the TrekkerX. He has since resolved a few build quality issues we brought to his attention in a very professional and timely fashion.
We are very happy to recommend Couplands Louth based mainly on the brilliant attitude and determination shown by Chris personally.

I bought a used caravan from here last week, along with a new motor mover awning battery and many other accessories. Firstly all the staff seemed friendly and helpful, however The salesman never really seemed interested. my wife actually asked him if he was in a rush to get off. Also he didn’t seem to be particularly knowledgeable about caravans. We paid them all the money for everything two weeks up front. But we were put off picking the caravan up when arranged as they hadn’t prepared it. We eventually got to pick it up only to be presented with a bill for some of the money. We explained we’d already paid it weeks ago. We had to wait for the boss to come back to verify our money had indeed been paid into their account. We were also told that they only had one of the awnings left that we wanted. When we came to pick it up we noticed the display one had gone. I asked them if ours in its quite clearly recently taped up box was the ex demo, they said no? This was my experience in buying a caravan. make of it what you will.

Having picked our new Bailey Unicorn Cabrera up from Couplands caravans Worksop on 23/01/25 we received outstanding customer service from Andrew who dealt with us and Alan who gave us an excellent hand over, At no time did we feel rushed and nothing was to much trouble and also to Dave who we brought our caravan from at the NEC show who honoured the deal we made at the show without even seeing our caravan Couplands Caravans Worksop is a company I would highly recommend to anyone to use there is no hard sell or pushy salesmen.A real pleasure to do business with.

We live two and half hours from Louth and have just purchased our new Bessacarr 760 Caravan from Couplands. The all experience was fantastic. Adam was contactable every time we telephoned to ask a question there was no pressure felt to buy. We are so happy we decided to purchase from them. The caravan is luxury. Thank you Adam for all your help and making our dreams come true and an additional shout out to Pete who showed us how to work the caravan and could not help enough fitting additional tv brackets there and then. I have used Couplands for servicing for the last 6 years on my 2012 van. It went in for service in February and some damp was found. This is when the fun started, they said they needed to assess it to give me an estimate. Three weeks later they still had the van and no sign of an estimate and told me that they were still assessing it. During that period I did keep phoning them only to be given a load of feeble excuses. I did eventually go in and a was given a very long winded explanation of the problem, I was told to take the van away and they would prepare the estimate and contact me which they never have despite being given the reminders. They also told that they needed some new parts to do the job but told me that the parts were no longer available, which turned out to be completely untrue as the company who eventually did the repair acquired the parts form Swift without any problems. I am at a total loss as to understand why I have received this treatment, definitely not impressed

Recently bought our 2 berth caravan from Worksop. Alan was outstanding with his knowledge of caravans. Emily is an asset to the company in the accessories dept and to mark and David thank you for your help.

Couplands is a great company/caravan dealership to work with. Bought our ideal 2 berth caravan sterling continental 480. Was miles for us to travel from New Quay Wales, but well worth it. James was very professional, approachable and friendly. Penny on reception/shop sales was very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely use again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
