No one will answer your calls, they keep charging the account even after you told them to stop and pick up the Unit. They say the Unit is there but they don't know anything about where it is at. The calls are being routed to India and no one can give you a straight answer. DO NOT use this company. Still owe our company over $2000.00 in refund and they refuse to pay or show me exactly where the unit is they are charging and have no clue what they are charging.

Rented a roll-off dumpster from Countrywide for two roofing jobs. The first job I rented a 40 yard dumpster as that's all that was available at the time. The roof was 50 squares of shingles. The second job I rented a 30 yard dumpster. It was 45 squares of shingles. I understand that you are allowed more tonnage for the larger dumpster, but the allowance was one ton. After the jobs were complete I received an invoice for the smaller job for 14,000 pounds of overage. This was for the smaller of the two jobs. I never received an overage for the larger. It makes no sense that the job that was five squares smaller would weigh 14,000 pounds more. My advice is to stay away from this scam company.

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and I would suggest you run, not walk, the other way. They have a SCAM going where they give you one price when you call, you schedule with them, and then they don't show up as scheduled. When you call them to find out what is going, they tell you they will look into it and then you don't hear back from them for hours. When they finally do get back with you, they tell you it will be an extra $300 to $400 dollars on top of their quoted price. I believe they are relying on the majority of customers being in a bind by that time (you don't have time to find another dumpster company and most likely have workers waiting) so you are angry but pay the upcharge in order to get the job done. Lucky for us, though it was inconvenient, we weren't under that kind of pressure and refused. Please be aware that this is not really a dumpster company, when you call their 800 number, they contract with another company who then claims to have no knowledge of the time you were scheduled, how much you were told, etc. It is alla big SCAM!!! They don't consider themselves a SCAM company because you actually, eventually, get the service (that's actually what they told me in the end when I called them SCAMMERS). I consider a company that prays on its own customers, a SCAM company of the worst sort! At least SCAMMERS, when called out, will usually admit but you are the worst sort of lowlife when you justify your actions because you, after extorting your customers, eventually provide the service. Wow! Just Wow!

DO NOT rent from these people, complete rip off. Quoted and agreed to a price. ted day before delivery, they called and told me I needed to pay another $100 for deliver since I was a little out of their area. THEIR REP CHRIS SCREWED UP and they wanted me to pay for their screw up. NO WAY. I can't help it he can't read a map. He quoted me a price and they should have honored it. Not wait till the day before to come up with an excuse to charge another $100. Had to cancel people who were supposed to work that day because to these incompetent guys and their poor business practices. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!.

Rented a 30 yard dumpster. A 20 yard dumpster arrived. I called customer service. They told me I would have to wait two weeks to get a 30 yard. I canceled the order. They still took the $750 dollars out of my bank account. They told me it was a mistake and would issue a refund. Still haven't gotten it two weeks later. Issued a fraud claim with my bank. They still haven't responded.

Worst experience in years. Ana, from customer service, is one of the rudest customer service representatives. Rude and cuts you off in every sentence. She is very condescending and refused to answer my simple questions demanding that I trust her. Perhaps where she is from, trust is demanded. Trust is earned, not forced.

They came and removed my porta poddy December 4th but continued to charge me 250$s for many more months and it was gone. Wtf!

We agreed with them to deliver 20 units urgently to Asheville for hurricane Helene emergency response, we explained to them it is a humanitarian emergency and we need them in order to reopen the health clinics and shelters. Singed the contract, then they screwed us in the last evening before the delivery and because of that we had to delay facilities reopening.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. they completely ripped me off and refused to make it right. Do not use this company under any circumstances.
They do not care about their customers.

The Porta potty arrived an hour and a half after the event was over. We had people popping squats in the grass. So freaking embarrassing! They would not call me back, or refund the money.

Company could let you know when they are not going to deliver the Porta Potty. They could return their phone calls as promised or email in a timely fashion. Poor poor customer service. Lots of promises but no porta potty delivered.

well frist of all I had a potty supposed to come for the April 29 event and they never did show up so why yall didn't call me and let me know anything I'm very upset yall are a bad company I would never never call yall again I'll will go with a different company

I am a waste broker working across the US. The folks at Countrywide were more flexible and the price was $200 better.

Bad experience with this company, they lack professionalism, customer service skills and honesty. They have a hard time refunding and are liars

I rented a two stall porta potti trailer for my daughter's wedding which is scheduled for 9-24-22 . The contract for $2100 was approved on 8-4-22. On Friday 9-16-22, the week before the wedding Country wide sales guy Chris called me and said there would be an additional delivery charge of $1000. I complained vigorously and he "kindly" offered to cancel the contract if I didn't pay up. I made a few phone calls and there were no similar trailers available. He then "graciously" reduced the delivery fee to $800. Being completely over a barrel, I agreed. This outfit cannot be trusted. PLEASE don't use them for anything.

They contract out to other portable toilet rental companies, so how they can claim they provide the best toilets is questionable. They contracted with our business, that prides itself on quality, and did not give the correct instructions. The client was unhappy and made our business look bad. Be sure you are renting from an ACTUAL portable toilet business!

We contacted them and everything occurred as planned. No problems at all. My dumpster arrived on time, served my purpose, and was removed on time. Very friendly people and they make everything so easy
