Tot op heden 24/08/2022 mijn bestelling niet ontvangen. Mijn bestelling dateerd van 29 juni 2022.
Bestelnummer 571768 met een bedrag van 94,65 euro. Wat reeds betaald is. Meerdere mails gestuurd .geen reactie!!!!

They trick people into ordering by pretending to be based in the UK. have co.uk website, UK phone number and says deliver with Royal Mail, but they manufacturing in abroad. it promises to deliver 3-5 working days, but now they say deliverying in a month! Total joker!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The first time I usede them the labels were late, the second time they didn't arrive at all. A total waste of time and money.

I have had several issues with this company and honestly do not waste your time and money. I ordered some end fold cotton labels with a colour on one side and white on the other. After the first iron the colour started to bleed. The order before this I wanted some changes to the care label in which Ron said it’s manufactured automatically by robots so cannot be tweak and that he can process as is or refund. I requested an refund, this was in March this year. Five emails later the last one on 30th May 2022, I am still chasing refund. This company is a joke & I am convinced Ron has fallen out of love with the business and could not give a toss. The only positive thing is that delivery was quick, but don’t waste you money go elsewhere.

Betrug! Ware bezahlt, aber nie erhalten. Nie wieder!

After a month my $50 labels haven't arrived. There is no phone number for follow up just a robot Lets Chat service. I got 'had'... so disappointed.

Terrible service a total scam. Labels never arrived twice. I wrote multiple times and they kept saying it was the carrier. Eventually they said they will remake the order and send it. Surprise the carrier lost them again. Took a 98 year old persons money and failed to provide order. Shame on you

Not impressed. My labels were skimpy and difficult to sew into my products, having a ridged back that seemed to defeat my needle. Having contacted them to complain, I was replied to in an offhand and rude manner. Not the way to treat a valued customer, I would have thought? Avoid!

The most rude condescending customer service I have encountered. I told them I had dyslexia and that their site was very confusing (which I believe is purposeful) so I needed personally and simple help about two questions. All RON did was send me links basically telling me I was an idiot and that the info was on the site. I was specifically asking for personal help. He did not answer my questions, would evade them, send me links, then condescendingly redirect me back to their site as if he didn't want to deal with me. I see now that it is partially because I was asking for COTTON and he would evade telling me directly whether their ' soft cotton' 'cotton' or 'jersey' fabrics they sport on their site were in fact actual cotton. It took me forcing it out of him, because I was genuinely confused and because I only wanted cotton which bothered him deeply. They seem to do a lot of business, I am certain most people don't know the quality is so junk and assume they are getting something decent and don't ask annoying questions like me like 'is this fabric cotton'. RON from the company is the rudest person, I honestly could not believe it. Is this how they treat someone with a learning disability? At least he signed his emails 'kind regards' after he totally shot me down.

Schlechte Qualität geliefert bekommen: Die Etiketten sind leider total unscharf und unleserlich.
Kundenservice ist seinen Namen nicht wert, lehnt alles ab.
Ich weiß wo ich nicht mehr bestellen werde, ich kann nur davon abraten dort zu bestellen!

j'ai commandé le 12/04 envoie prévu le 15/04, quand je veux savoir où en est ma commande mon code perso ne fonctionne pas, ils me renvoient des codes qui ne fonctionnent pas non plus. Le chat robot ne reconnait rien, et bien sûr pas de numéro de téléphone où les joindre. Reste plus qu'à croiser les doigts, que je reçoive ma commande et en bon état. Rien que pour le stress engendré, je ne commanderais plus chez eux!

Skulle bestämt avråda från att beställa något från det här företaget.

I made on order on this website and then got a message on the website that the payment hadnt gone through(I used paypal) I then payed for the same order again and this time it went through. To my surprise I then got two emails about two separate orders being made and got charged via paypal by both. So apparently a mistake has been made by the website. No worries I thought I’ll just email the company straight away and expkain my experience and stop one of the orders the owner Ron accused me of lying stating that I had just made two orders and then changed my mind and now wanted my money back which he said can’t be done. I recommend not using this website or any other website associated with the owner Ron since I felt highly disprespected by the way I was adressed. Who knows, u might aswell place ONE order and then have 15 orders going through. Also superbad for the environment to just go ahead and print and order against the buyers wish just to throw it away immediately?

Meine bestellten Labels haben eine sehr schlechte Qualität. Beim Nähen kommen die Fäden von der Rückseite auf der Vorderseite zum Vorschein. Kontakt kam zu Stande, Antwort ging jedoch an der Frage vorbei. Kein Einsehen seitens des Verkäufers. 0 Sterne !

Ik heb op 2 febr bestelling gedaan. Betaling lukte niet. Daarna via chat en mail contact gezocht. Via chat en telefoon niet bereikbaar, men laat horen dat je mail aan info moet sturen. Dat ook gedaan, men beloofde binnen een dag reactie. Na een volle week nog gene reactie!!!

Very disappointed in this company. I bought iron on labels to put on knit sweaters. Some sweaters were wool but most were 100% cotton yet the labels did not stick, There were no warnings that these labels do not stick to knitted material yet they refuse to reimburse me. I do not recommend a company that does not stand by their product and misleads purchasers by not providing a full accurate description of what fabrics it will or will not work on. I may have lost $100 but they are losing hundreds of dollars from the order I planned to make. I failed to read the reviews before ordering snd it certainly looks like they are not a credible company to deal with. I will now purchase it elsewhere.
