Don’t deal with this company!
My package never arrived ! And customer service person RON is very rude with email replies ! Not helpful at all and refuses to lodge claim and only tells you to wait and keeps sending emails about courier delays when in fact all my other packages arrives on time and only have issue with cotton trend ! No refund or compensation given !

Ett riktigt B ställe,,, beställde ett par skor för typ 4 veckor sen och dom har inte kommit än!! Och dom ber mej gång efter gång vänta 5-10 dagar till. Önskar jag läst om detta företag INNAN jag la ut 699kr
Ångrar mej djupt 😡
Beställ inget härifrån, värt att lägga mer pengar i fysisk affär.

Na labels te hebben besteld, niets ontvangen. Gemaild, afgesproken nog even te wachten maar niks hoor…geen labels. Weer gemaild met Ron van Cottontrend en hij heeft gratis opnieuw de labels gemaakt en verstuurd. Topservice en dus een heel tevreden klant!

If I could I would give them a 0. They are a total.scam. they write on their advertisements, return 100% refund. Then they send you a a poorly made item that is the wrong size . They will.not give you an address to return the item and offer a fraction of the price you paid. Do not buy from this company.

Poor quality, the logo isn’t even legible it’s been printed so small. There was no proof image or warning that the logo would come out as it has. The material of the labels are thin and cheap. Completely unusable. I contacted the company to ask for a refund which was refused and now they are ignoring further emails. Avoid.

Très contente avec le service! Rapide (3 jours ouvrés) et des jolies étiquettes bien lisibles. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi il y a autant de mauvais avis.

Otroligt dålig kvalité på både etiketterna och trycket. Viks etiketterna blir det fula märken. Mejlade företaget och fick kontakt med en Ron, som var rätt nonchalant.
Köp inte från dessa. Önskar jag googlat lite mer innan jag beställde. Etiketterna åker i soptunnan, och jag nästan 300 kr fattigare på ren skräp! Företag med säte och tillverkning i Nederländerna. Hemsida och mejlsvar på svenska.

When I ordered the reviews were good, or I wouldn't have ordered. The boots I got were terribly made and smelled terrible.
I'm afraid I was scammed. Ugh

I ordered personalized labels in Oeko Tex cotton but instead they printed on a TNT material which they still consider cotton. Terrible product and terrible service.
Labels printed in low quality material with different sizes upon order. Simply a scam!

Utterly disingenuous. Took my money and no sign of delivery. DO NOT USE! I cannot identify where they are actually based. I cannot emphasise more that you are wasting your time contacting 'Ron'.

Jeg måtte vente en uge før brevet lå i postkassen- så minus en stjerne for meget lang leveringstid.

Produktet som ankom, var præcist som bestilt.

Scandaleux ! Je mets une étoile, mais ils n'en méritent aucune ! J'ai reçu rapidement mes étiquettes... Complètement illisibles !!! Inexploitables et aucun recours possible, c'est moi qui aurait dû vérifier... Rien ne permet de le faire sur leur site archaïque. Je comprends mieux les prix bas, mais ne vous faites pas avoir, c'est un travail de très mauvaise qualité... Aucun remboursement possible en plus ! Changez de métier messieurs dames de cette société !

LA MERCE MI E' ARRIVATA OGGI.

Il sito dal quale ho effettuato acquisti è cottontrends.it Ho effettuato un ordine di 54 euro in data 13.03.2023... la consegna era prevista per il 5.04.2023.... ed invece ad oggi non è arrivato assolutamente nulla.. ho inviato ben 3 email in data 18- 20 e 28 aprile chiedendo il numero di tracciamento... ma hanno risposto che non c'era.. che il problema era dell poste e che forse avevo scritto male l'indirizzo... ma non è così... l'indirizzo è scritto in modo preciso ed addirittura ho indicato esattamente a chi citofonare ed i giorni e gli orari di apertura.. trattandosi di un ufficio.... ho aperto oggi un caso su pay pal... speriamo bene. TENETEVI LONTANI DA QUESTO SITO.

Poor quality sew in labels, and blamed on design. Emailed in advance the design all I got was links to their website FAQ’s. When I complained Ron entirely avoided the issue. Wish I had checked here before ordering a complete scam.

Les étiquettes sont superbes !!! Aucune mauvaise surprise. Très satisfaite, et j ai re commandé dès que je les ai reçu. Livraison un peu longue, donc prenez vous y tôt !!! 😁

J ai eu très peur de ne pas être livrée car j ai lu les avis après avoir commandé et finalement j ai reçu mes étiquettes en une dizaine de jours. Soulagée! Et la qualité de celles ci est bonne.
