If there is an option with zero star it would go to them!!! Stay away from this shop, never ever buy anything here. You will never receive the order and also you will be called rude... Ridiculous customer support. Lost of my time and money. Lesson learned...unfortunately.

I was initially wary given the bad reviews. But I have to eat my words!!! I'm completely impressed every email was responded to promptly (thanks Len). My order did take almost 3 weeks to arrive but at a third the cost of local labels no complaints. The labels are fantastic exactly what I ordered and very good quality. I will definitely be reordering from Cotton Trends.

Only if I knew this website bofore placing an order. This business purposly misleads information making people to think that the good will be arrived within a week. The first communication after placing an order will be an automated email saying we don't have much control over delivery. They have every intention to cover their xxx and lie. We shouldn't support this business.

Pedido realizado el 6 de abril de 2021, hoy día 2 de julio de 2021, ni pedido ni respuesta. Es una estafa, correos de respuesta automáticos culpando a la demora de entrega por Covid.
Procedo a realizar la denuncia.

Waardeloze "strijk" etiketten. Blijven totaal niet in de kleding zitten. Vallen er harder uit dan ik ze erin kan strijken. Zonde van het geld.

ich hätte nicht bei cottontrends bestellt. Meine persönliche Erfahrung: sehr schnelle Bearbeitung, Produktion und Lieferung (Donnerstag Nachmittag bestellt und bezahlt (paypal), Dienstag per DHL ausgeliefert). Qualität gut. Da gibt es nix zu meckern. Gerne wieder.

Det här företaget varnar jag för. Handla inte från dem. Mina varor har inte kommit och jag har väntat sen 4/3 och nu är det 30/4. De svarar inte heller på Mail och ringer man telenummer som går till Stockholm är det en utländsk raspig röst som ger en otydlig info köp inte Jag skulle inte ge en stjärna ens om det gick

First of all, they operate from the Netherlands but have websites from several different top level domains such as ".ca", ".ru", "co.uk" -- each site does very little to inform you where the company truly operates from. This is deceptive to say the least. Second issue, is they use a bot to answer chat support questions -- also useless when answering any question that requires actual support. The last thing is they show the shipping status of the order on an order page with some details about the progress of the order -- they DO NOT give you the tracking number. I emailed multiple times asking for the tracking number so I could track the shipment directly with the shipping company but they did not provide it. Instead they rambled on about where I could see the tracking details on the order page and reasons why the package might arrive late. Bottom line, this is a non-transparent DECEPTIVE company and their unwillingness to provide a tracking number for the shipment makes me question if the information they provide on their website is actually based on a real shipping status or something their bot generates to make them appear like any delays solely rest on the shipping companies. Two weeks in customs and counting according to their shipping status -- hard to believe when they won't provide the tracking number. Never buying from these guys again -- I can't comment on the product quality yet but that is not even important at this point.

Jammergenoeg ben ik ook gezwicht om hier labels te bestellen, drie weken geleden en nog steeds niets ontvangen. Ze schuilen zich achter het laattijdig leveren van Post.nl. Heb hen laten weten dat ik meermaals pakketjes bestel via Post.nl en nog nooit iets kwijt is geraakt. Echt spijtig want ik keek ernaar uit.

Modtog min ordre 5 dage efter at have bestilt online. Mine labels svarede fuldstændigt til forventningerne og jeg blev holdt orienteret med mails om forløbet hele vejen. Jeg er på alle måder tilfreds.

Ich kann mich den schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Ich warte seit 6 Wochen auf meine Ware. Wird wohl wie bei den anderen nie ankommen. Auf meine erste Mail wurde noch geantwortet...ich wurde auf zwei weitere Wochen vertröstet. Angeblich ist die deutsche Post schuld. Im Schreiben heißt es ...es gibt keine tracking Nummer. Komischerweise wurde mir dann aber mitgeteilt an welchem Tag meine Ware Angeblich in Deutschland angekommen ist. Nun...wird keine meiner Mails mehr beantwortet....auch ich habe mein Geld zurück gefordert. Wer auch immer überlegt bei dieser Firma etwas zu bestellen...AUF KEINEN FALL! Es ist ganz einfacher Betrug. Abzocke....kein Service...ich würde nicht mal einen Stern geben....musste ich leider ...sonst hätte ich hier nichts reinschreiben können!

I wish i had read the reviews of this company before ordering. THEY ARE TOTALLY DECEPTIVE. I ORDERED THE COTTON LABELS FOR OUR NATURAL PRODUCT AND THEY SENT ME ONES WITH POLYESTER COATING. TOTALLY UNUSABLE. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!

If I could I’d give no stars. Absolutely the most disgusting customer service. The product I received was appalling. I contacted them and they tried to blame me for their horrible quality of work. I’ve never dealt with a worse company. Do yourself a favour and don’t even bother. Wish I’d read these reviews. Refused to take any responsibility for the product I received. Completely unusable and tried to tell me it’s my logo (which has been used fine with other companies). Every excuse under the sun as to how it’s my fault. Do not use.

I found the title of the business misleading when it uses Australia, but actually comes from the Netherlands. I wasn't happy with my purchase, and contacted to discuss. Response was less than friendly.

Leider sehr schlechtes Design und Qualität!
Schaut sehr billig aus.
Auch der Kundenservice war frech und unhöflich!
Diese Firma kann man nicht empfehlen
