I still didn't receive my order from 5th of june

Had ordered 2 nightdresses and was so happy with the quality I ordered 2 more and 2 kimonos. Was so happy with the quality ordered a kimono for a friend as a gift. Quality and femininity perfect and dealing with the company is so professional. Highly recommend this company.

The quality of the night dresses is really good, improved even on my last purchase two years ago, by the metal strap adjusters. The plastic one broke easily. My only 'concern' is that the sizing is a little too generous! I ordered XS as I did with my first order but found XS seems to be somewhat larger than it used to be. I like the night dresses so much i decided to keep them anyway and alter them slightly myself.

Ok, This is just THE best nightwear. Where have you been all my life!! Gorgeous fabric and styles, and a great range of sizes. Ordered several items for choice, ended up keeping more than I'd planned as couldn't part with them. Returned a couple where size didn't work and the process was faultess.

I had previously purchased two dressing gowns form Cottonreal several years ago. I was so impressed with these that I got two more. I purchased these with zips, as they work really well. The quality is great and they are beautifully made.

17 2.23. Quality service price all excellent . Sizing on pJ bottoms should be more consistent . I have ordered 3 sets of the same style . All the pJ bottoms fit differently . I don’t believe I have jump a size between fits . Measures to be more accurate .

I had a problem with a fluffy sock and received a very efficient and personal service from Cottonreal and a 2x replacement by return of post.
I have bought a number of nighties from them and they are beautiful! Lovely fabric, much more exciting than the high street has to offer and service is always impeccable, even down to the handwritten note in the parcel!
Highly recommended- they should be better known by the nightie-buying public!

A great selection of quality nightwear, very quickly despatched and beautifully packaged. I did find several of the cotton nighties to be larger than expected so perhaps size down slightly. I selected and kept several pieces and the the remainder that I returned was promptly refunded. Altogether a very positive experience.

I've just bought two nighties from Cottonreal. The website was easy to use. The goods were delived very quickly, beautifully packed and with a cheerful note from the company. I'm very pleased with the quality of the items, they are beautifully made and very pretty. I shall definitely buy from here again.

Gorgeous nightwear which I’ve been buying for years.

Over a period of time I have purchased a number of nightdresses from Cottonreal and have been extremely pleased with all of them.
I want to say what marvellous customer service I got when I had a query on my last order. When I received the nightdress it was much too large even though I had ordered the same size as usual and they are always very consistent in their sizing.
I emailed Cottonreal and received a phone call from them so was able to discuss the problem. I was advised to return the nightdress so the sizing could be checked. The lady phoned me again to let me know they had received the parcel and would be in touch.
They found there was an issue with the sizing and I was offered a refund or replacement. I chose a replacement which arrived the next day.
It is so difficult these days to actually speak to a person if there is an issue with a purchase that it was a refreshing change to have such personal and efficient customer care.
