I ordered my wife a gift from here, unfortunately I ordered in the wrong size. By the time I gave her the gift and realised it was outside the returns period. Cottonreal agreed to exchange it regardless and were really helpful. The quality of the item was fantastic too.

I have purchased from you for years the quality is excellent lasts well only bought this time to go away on holiday and did not want to take my old faithful nightdresses keep it up

Beautifully packaged. I have purchased chemise style in the past and my only negative has been the strap adjusters; these were made of plastic and didn't take long to break. I was delighted to discover they have been replaced with lightweight metal which are very comfortable and strong.

Such excellent pyjamas with lovely details. Very high quality; washes and dries without shrinkage and comes out of the dryer looking lovely. Company shipped items to the States with speed. Can’t say enough about this company and their product!

I've been a customer for a few years now, and absolutely love my Cottonreal nighties. Recently I treated myself to another one, and unfortunately when it arrived, I found it wasn't the material I had hoped for. The matter was easily resolved when I spoke to the team, who were very happy to replace with another nighty of my choice, and kept me informed of the progress throughout. I have three Cottonreel nightdresses and would recommend their beautiful design and material most highly.

Good quality cotton and a nice feminine style. I am a size 10 and bought pyjamas in the 8-10 size. When I purchase again - and I most certainly will - I would go up a size because I found the pjs were closer to 8 than 10. I would have awarded 5 stars, but the ribbon used to tighten the waistband on the trousers came out on the first wash.
