I bought the extra wide boots as i have swollen feet and they go straight on they are very comfortable and made a big difference to me.

Ordered some sandals & shoes for swollen feet. Good choice of not too frumpy looking footwear. Quite expensive but they fit well.

The sandals ordered fitted well and were comfy but the soles were far too slippy on carpet for the elderly or anyone with mobility problems. Their Terms & Conditions are:

I had to chase up the refund as I didn't receive a confirmation email after 7 days (not immediate) and was told by Samantha they don’t send confirmation of a refund, why?!

Fast , professional , efficient service. Goid quality foot wear, and money refunded without any trouble if necessary.

The order on line and delivery was excellent. However I was a little disappointed that the shoes were made in Spain and not GB. In spite of this the fit an quality was superb.

The gel foot pads were of good quality however I found them to be slightly tight & uncomfortable to wear all day. Personally I think the underneath pad could be slightly longer but overall not bad.

Manual pedal exerciser from DeVilbiss not fit for purpose! This pedal exerciser is listed as useful for elderly people to use BUT the foot straps are too short for swollen feet even on the slightly longer hole (there are only two hole options). I contacted both the manufacturer and Cosyfeet but neither could offer a solution. Given that the pedals are permanently fixed on it’s not possible to add your own longer straps either! Cosyfeet should list the maximum length of the foot straps and the manufacturer could easily make the straps longer.

Received in good time. Fitted exactly in the shoe. Seemed to absorb my sweaty feet in this heat and my bare feet didn't stick to them when I took the shoes off.

I’ve used this company for the last five years, firstly for my husband shoes. They have great customer services. Now I’m using them for shoes for me as I find it hard to find wider fit shoes. Once you have ordered they come pretty quick. I also like the fact that they enclose a returns label if you need it. Which allows you to exchange or get a refund.

I have still not received my order. I was told that Cosyfeet contacted Royal mail and was told it had been delivered to a house with a black door. Were as our door is white. So it was miss delivered but we still have not been informed as to what is going to happen. the location map included with the picture show delivery to the close not our road. New owner of said house has only just moved in and no parcels were there. After letting cosyfeet about this miss delivery they replaced my order with a new delivery. This has arrived now and they are as good as expected the Royal mail only was at fault, and cosyfeet rectified royal mail's mistake a very good service.

I have neuropathy in my feet & hammer toes and Cosyfeet's shoes give me the support and comfort I need to help me get through the day and have enough depth to fit my orthotic supports which also further assist my feet. Thank you Cosyfeet!!

Order delivered in good time in package labelled 'TRACKED'. In fact, I could find no way of tracking it.
