Extremely disappointing service – unreliable and unprofessional
I booked a taxi two days in advance. The company was quick to respond to my WhatsApp messages when making the booking, which initially gave me confidence in their service.
However, on the day of the booking, the taxi was supposed to arrive at 8:25 PM, but it never showed up. I contacted them just five minutes after the scheduled pickup time, and after waiting for an hour, I received absolutely no response. I made numerous phone calls, but nobody answered, and my WhatsApp messages were completely ignored.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you cannot provide the service that has been booked in advance, the least you can do is inform the customer and respond to their calls or messages instead of leaving them stranded and waiting. I had a very small baby with me.
Luckily, I had not made any payment in advance and taxi was ordered very early before the flight, so just got a different taxi from another company for the same price.
Honestly, after this experience, I seriously question whether the positive reviews posted here are genuine. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid if you want a reliable taxi service!

Unfortunately, an unexpected mistake occurred during the pickup. Our driver mistakenly collected another passenger who appeared to match the expected booking, and that passenger accepted the transfer. This resulted in your scheduled pickup being missed.
