I went to the caversham branch. The selection of drinks and food is good. So much choice and a good variety of drinks and different flavours. The person who served me was young and she almost came across like she judged me for my drink choice. I ordered a hot chocolate with cream and a tiffin. I paid for it. She asked if I had a Costa card I said no but I was shocked my order went up a pound because I didn't have a card for the restaurant. She handed the receipt to the person making the drinks and he had said why didn't you out it as to go. She said she had forgotten and he made a deal about it needing to be down as to go and he then glared at me. This made me think should my price have gone up or down because of the lack of button my cashier pressed? Otherwise didn't come across very professional to say the least

Visited at 10.30 Friday 29th August. Its a big shop only one person in the place. Toilets were disgusting. No food ir Sandwiches. Table full of crocks and debris. Only person working on his phone even whilst working. Disgusting toilets . Will not visit again.

Went to Costa at Broadwater Worthing bad experience due to filthy cafe and filthy toilets (no toilet paper in dispenser !! No soap!!disgusting toilet wet everywhere on toilet seat ) other toilet worse with poo !! and was given the wrong order !! Rating poor!!

Costa Coffee Shops have been my only coffee stop for over three years now and all have offered sterling service throughout this period no matter where you go, staff are friendly, customer centred, go out of their way to engage and are basically the best across so many aspects, beating hands down every other coffee company in the UK, that is until yesterday, where two staff found it sporting to mock a pensioner, who had a simple request, the coffee (a flat white skinny extra hot) was too full and spilled over, I asked for napkins but even four folded over could not stem the liquid in the saucer, so I took it back and said it was also not extra hot and that every time I lifted the cup the wet napkins came with it and threatened to soak my t- shirt. That was when it became a mocking drama for the barista. ‘I was told ‘it was hot when he gave it to you’ yet less than a minute had passed when I brought it back. There was no manager in the shop, just two individuals who sneered and mocked me. In the end I walked out, having paid for my coffee. The tall one when I was offered another coffee and he was about to over fill the cup again, was informed not to and I had to repeat it as he was more engrossed in his colleague said 'please don’t shout at me' (there was no shout), so I said just forget it which was followed by ‘well you just have a lovely day then.’ I have been in this new shop before and service was excellent, but this was on a new and demeaning level and mocking level, so I have written to Philippe Schaillee their CEO for comment. I am a quality standards analyst who has published much in the way of service standards over four decades and this was on a new level of contempt that required cutting out for this shop and for Costa.

Tried there new chicken bits today for £3,55
Taste good but 4 small pieces for that money

Tepid coffee, cold by the time you finish. Went from Northern Ireland to Inverness in Scotland and all the Costa coffee machines where the same. Only conclusion I came to was they were afraid on being sued for too hot coffee and somebody burning their mouth.

Want a refund did not get what I ordered please be careful in what you order from Costa coffee I placed an order of two breakfast toasties and received to wraps really I don’t think they can tell between wraps and slices of bread.. I’m saying please be careful in case you have any allergies or intolerance they may not get your order right…

Went to get normal order only to find iv been logged out, Don't have account number, it's been to long since using it, tried all ways to get in, But only way is through a very poor website, I need to change all my details because the email address I was using, No longer exists, said they would get in touch, I have a free coffee which I need to cliam, otherwise would seriously ask if I need to use this company again

Aberdeen,Union Square. Cheerful staff. Coffee adequate. Tables could do with a more frequent clean?

Haxby coffe , don’t let you have a loyalty card anymore said u need an app? No salt n pepper for our very small expense sarni ? He says don’t have anymore? Tight ge…..s never going to a Costa again they blew it

Costa doesn’t cater very well for vegan and gluten free diets. The Soya milk brand they now use is horrible. No choice of gluten free for my husband and couldn’t see any vegan. Staff had to hunt for tea bags as they didn’t have any behind counter. Not what it used to be 😢

CHEADLE Costa Coffee served my husband and I an Americano coffee with hot milk. What an amazing coffee, so, so tasty, no bitterness just taste.
What a difference between CHEADLE and another of their cafes in CHEADLE HULME, where they served coffee just like dishwater!!

I asked in CHEADLE if all the Costa’s used the same coffee because I’d had such a dreadful one in CHEADLE HULME.
It was explained to me that CHEADLE take great care in how their machine’s water runs over the coffee grains, bringing perfect flavour.

The two young men in CHEADLE worked non stop in keeping their cafe in tip top condition, filling products where necessary cleaning tidying, serving, helping, advising customers when asked about their products. They were exemplary in all they did. Two fantastic really hardworking young men.

Thank you for a superb Costa experience. You’ve restored my faith in Costa coffee

Costa Coffee Cosy Corner, near Hazel mere, High Wycombe, Bucks. This particular Costa provided above excellent service, going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. My wife and I with our two granddaughters visited today and the manager and staff were exceptionally friendly, patient and helpful, taking extra special care when I mentioned that one of the party had a nut allergy. I made a mistake during my order and they corrected it without fuss or any blame transference onto us, me being a disabled person. They quickly re made the incorrect beverage with no fuss and without any extra charge. We were so impressed overall that I had to voluntarily make this review to reward their service ethos that totally made our day, in a world that is sometimes less than a pleasant experience.
