Costacoffee 

Costa at Christchurch near Meteor center served our son hot chocolate in dirty cup, we notice (fingerprint with lipstick) later when he had drank half of his drink. Shop.was very dirty aswell, tables haven't been cleaned properly and surfaces where staff makes drinks looked untidy aswell. Coffee shop was not busy, but the staff wasnot interested in their job. Definitely not going back

Afraid very disappointed in Costa, at Newmarket only ever serve coffee in paper cups. For the cost of a coffee I expect at least to be able to relax with a proper cup

The staff of Costa coffee across the national theatre in Sofia is extremely rude to customers. I used to be a regular customer but after today they lost me as a client. Not that it matters to them of course.

I used to love Costa coffee but since they changed to Adez, their coffees with non dairy milks are disgusting!

Lovely, warm environment, cosy. Relaxed place to be. Coffee was courteously made, without a long wait.
The place was clean and tables were cleared.
Kindly staff that made you feel welcome.

Please use normal plant milks! I am dairy and soya intolerant. These new milks contain many ingredients including soya and are in very thick plastic bottles. Not a popular move and you are losing custom. I always used to buy an oat milk tea or coconut latte at the cinema

Was served by such a lovely lady today, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. Me and my friend had just come out of our seminar and decided to grab some mac n cheese and the lady who was serving was very welcoming and polite. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, we had visited around 4pm today and she had glasses on and hair up in a poney tail; a true asset to the team.

Very unfriendly staff. To be specific, i was shopping at shepherd’sPush I wanted to have a coffee. I had a short girl staff, getting my coffee, but for some reason she was extremely unfriendly, giving attitude and grumpy face. I can tell she didn’t want us me and my friend there. But we couldn’t resist the “millionaire” cake. But yes she was rude and I never seen staff like her.

But the guy that was working with her seemed nice.

Hoping to go for a nice coffee with my girlfriend and I was told I was not allowed to use my free drink and this offer was for standard drinks only gestured with an attitude like it was my fault for asking. After sitting down to drink the overly priced Luke warm hot chocolate my conversation was rudely interrupted by delivery men banging cages from wall to wall, trying to ignore the noise from the delivery, the staff were kind enough to keep bumping into my chair whilst carting overloaded carts. Would never use again due to overly priced coffee with sarcastic team members mixed with the ambience of a delivery warehouse.

Awful service, very unfriendly staff. Used to be run much better. But now it’s full of mostly unfriendly, awkward, socially inept people. The staff chat among themselves and blatantly talk about the customers. The fat woman with the tattoos is the worst of them. The coffee was hideous and they are using Aldi milk which shocked us. For the price you’d think they would use barista milk. Chellaston, Derby.

For the life of me I can't understand why such a well liked company like Costa have gone and done an 'Elon Musk' by using a bunch of complete amateurs to supply their milk alternatives. If you live anywhere near or in Wirral you have zero chance of getting a flat white with Oat milk because they are supplied with a 20 bottle case per day that runs out in a few hours. I've literally given up asking for Oat milk when I pop in. Even though their coffee isn't as nice as Costa; I recommend Starbucks; they never have supply issues with their Oat milk and their Nut blend is a tasty alternative.

Costa coffee in Hessle is just the pits everytime i go in there there is always a problem,cash only,shutting at 2pm staff shortage,only takeaway,correct change,rude staff,dirty tables,chairs need a good upholstery cleaning,badly needz a refurbishment,since covid started it has gon down hill,sorry to say but it seems like they don t want any customers,abysmal management

Costa is a rip off, each time I go too Morrison's and use there express machine I click large coffee and use a regular cup, it just about fills the regular cup up, how can Costa get away with trying to charge people for a large when there large is just about a regular? It's not just that one machine it's many I've used, also i ordered a coffee on the app to be collected in store, get too the store and there is a note on the door saying closed even though staff was inside, but instead of Costa canceling my order so I don't lose my free coffee beans, they do nothing but make me lose my coffee and my beans, an email too costa didn't help, still not been reimbursed.

They changed their milk alternatives about a year ago. I can say the coconut milk tastes wrong. I thought the barista messed up at first, but then I noticed the new bottles. I read that Costa (owned by Coca-Cola) changed their milk alternative provider to Adez, also owned by Coca-Cola.

How can Costa justify charging a extra 45p if you have different milk like soya or oat... these other options are the same price as milk and they are saving on the dairy milk so what's the difference..
Won't even be using them again..nothing but crooks...

Went to costa lichfield next to b and m tables were full of cups etc lady came cleared six tables didn’t wipe one of them all really bad with crumbs and spillage really not nice at all felt dirty

I spoke to the assistant before leaving and he showed no interest in my problem with Costa.
I will not be back.

The character roast is being advertised for +25p but they are charging +50p at the till.
The online complaints form is useless. The examples of the monetary and date formats are gibberish and the form cannot be submitted. The only option left is to phone up. It’s only 25p, but it’s still overcharging.

Visited tesco Colchester costa shop yesterday, 3.20. Staff was moaning about finishing on time at 4pm, anyway I ordered toastie and cappuccino.
Coffee was warm, obviously not heated the milk correctly, the toastie was horrible cheese not melted and only toasted one side! When I complained I was told oh yes toaster only cooks one side! Followed by give her money back!

Wow floor so dirty it put me off my coffee and food couldn't finish it ..looks like they sweep all the days/weeks crap under the round base of the table... ...and when you go on line to complain they're clearly not interested certainly not a priorioty because you can't log a complaint like this ..it doesn't fit the agenda to send the complaint..
So I'll have to vote with my legs and give costa a miss find somewhere that cares ..because clearly costa doesn't..found other costa grimy too but this floor has finished me off ..Yuk
