Never use their service, never buy anything from their links. This payment Gateway is run by a scammer for scammer. You will never get ur refund unless you move to the consumer court.

Please never use Cosmofeed. I made a payment with no charge back options, no contacts, no response from customer care (i doubt if they have one)

I purchased the on 23 November 2025 via Cosmo feed but have not received correct service/support. I have tried contacting you from 2 months without a satisfactory reply I Attached are screenshots/invoices. I request a full refund/replacement within 7 days. worst services and no replying to mail, they didn't have customer care contact number also. they are encouraging scammers also. kindly those who are facing same issue kindly raise a complaint in cybercrime.gov.in website.

Clearly a fraudulent host of services, hosting bunch of frauds. Previously they hosted many service providers from whom I purchased many services. Now this fraud website redesigned and all my products and their access related details and even the invoices for purchases which os stored is gone now.

The guy Lakshaya that works here he talked to me very nicely on call and whatsapp every day but when I took there cosmofeed plan he blacked me out.

No Call Response No whatsapp Response Nothing.

These people have put my payout on hold without any reason and aren't providing any solution. they just keep saying that the team is checking it.

Do not trust this company. They are scammers who hold your funds without any valid reason. When you're on the free plan, they’ll call you repeatedly to upgrade. But the moment you sign up for their paid plan, their support disappears. The staff stops picking up your calls, and you're left helpless. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this platform at all costs!

Scammers! They hold my funds and not clearing and telling all wrong excuses they hold my 10000 funds and there so call stuffs not picking up my calls. And saying "Sir, we have a lot of creators and users to handle. I won't be able to reply to you instantly" al this wrong when they open this company to scam creators

Scammers stay away they only help to sell cosmofeed paid subscription once you paid they onboard you. once you received the payments from your clients they ruined your reputation.

This company always supports scammers sellers. I purchased same course from two different domain. At the time of purchase it has different landing page but after purchase when I got course access, it was basically the same course I purchased earlier. In simple two sellers were selling same content.

I told them and shared screenshot as evidence, they say we are just payment gateway. Like Stripe and Paypal strictly take actions against sellers. But this company always supports scammers sellers.

They will just give sellers email ID and nothing else, no cooperation from their side.
