I’m coming to the end of my level 4 with Stephanie and she’s been an amazing tutor. She’s extremely knowledgeable and does everything she can to ensure you understand the modules and is always on hand when help is needed. I can’t recommend her and cosmetic couture enough. If your wanting to complete your levels and really gain in depth knowledge along the way, the cosmetic couture should be your choice,

Cosmetic Couture shaped my future in the industry! I trained with Maxine 7 years ago and she has been my biggest inspiration since . I am now completing my L5 & 7 with the team and they are so supportive especially as a non medic in these challenging times I am confident with the constant support from Cosmetic Couture and Maxine champions our often unheard community!! Would give zero stars if I could

I have spent thousands of pounds with Cosmetic Couture over the years, but the way I and my friend have been treated recently is appalling. The standards have nosedived, and the attitude of staff is shocking.

My friend, who had genuine health concerns, could not use her voucher. At the time of purchase, no terms and conditions were read out — all they wanted were bank details. No welcome email, no written voucher, no explanation of how or when it had to be used. Later, she offered to transfer it to me, which would have made no difference to Cosmetic Couture financially, especially given my loyalty as a paying customer. Instead, all they offered was to “extend” her voucher — but by then their attitude had been so disgusting and appalling that she was terrified to even go back into the place.

When I tried to raise my concerns, I was hung up on three times, despite being nothing but polite. Emails of complaint have either gone ignored or I’ve been falsely told I’d already had a response when I hadn’t. The cocky, dismissive attitude of both the new receptionist and Mary — who calls herself the manager — is astonishing.

On top of that, the standards of practice have become unacceptable. On one occasion, I was booked in for the first appointment of the day before a long drive to London. Instead of being seen, I was made to wait nearly 2.5 hours because they didn’t even have the Botox in stock. I stayed polite, sat quietly in my car, but it delayed my journey massively. On another occasion, I walked into the treatment room to find four trainees filming my face with their phones from inches away without my prior consent. I appreciate trainees need to learn, but not asking beforehand — especially when I suffer from anxiety — was humiliating. I was bare-faced and uncomfortable, and to hear them all saying “send me that video” was completely unacceptable.

Cosmetic Couture has failed to respond to complaints, failed to show respect to loyal customers, and in my view has developed a don’t-care attitude. The customer service I’ve experienced has been the worst I’ve ever known — cocky, dismissive, and frankly common as muck.

I would urge anyone considering them to do your own due diligence on Companies House before handing over money. Personally, I would never lodge a penny with them again.

If the CEO really knew how customers are being treated, I imagine she would be horrified — but I cannot comment for her. What I can say, based on my experience, is that this business has become unprofessional, untrustworthy, and careless. An absolute disgrace.

At the time of purchase, no terms and conditions were provided, no voucher was issued, and nothing was put in writing. All that was taken were card details. Only when a problem arose were “non-transferable” rules suddenly enforced. That is not fair dealing — it is moving the goalposts.

My friend had legitimate health reasons preventing her from using the voucher. A professional company would have shown basic flexibility or compassion. Instead, your staff were dismissive, evasive, and defensive.

It is also disingenuous to accuse me of threats or disrespect when in reality all that was asked for was clarity and fairness. Raising genuine concerns does not justify being spoken to in such a manner, nor does it excuse the appalling customer service we experienced.

All calls are recorded apparently, we shall see you in court.

Having spent thousands with your business over the years, the decline in standards is glaring. The scheme appears designed to take cash up front without clear documentation or safeguards. Customers should think very carefully before handing money over to a company operating in this way.

Given the history of complaints, unanswered correspondence, and the way money is taken without transparent terms, one has to wonder about the stability and integrity of the business itself. I would urge anyone considering spending here to check the company’s filings at Companies House before parting with their money.

This place is not an academy – it’s one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had.The tutors and office staff were rude, there was zero support with assignments, and the whole environment was demotivating. I paid to level up my qualifications but ended up completely shocked at the poor standards.I’ve already applied to court and reported this to Qualifi. Please avoid this place and find a proper training provider. I cant explain my feelings! I feel I completely wasted both my money and my time!

I was fortunate enough to have Dean, today, whom immediately put me at my ease.
Dean is super efficient, supportive and knowledgeable. He understood my requirements and carried them out with professional care.
Dean has a warm, relaxing personality, which makes the client feel comfortable.
A total credit to the company as a representative of their brand.

I am very happy to have taken the laser hair removal course with Lorraine. She is a great professional and a very good teacher. She made sure l understood the main points of the course. I am very happy with her. I

I’ve completed multiple CPD training courses with Cosmetic Couture and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. Every session has been professionally delivered by friendly, knowledgeable tutors who are genuinely passionate about aesthetics and eager to help you grow.

What really stands out is the hands-on learning — there are always models available to practice on, which has boosted my confidence and skills massively. I’m currently progressing through my Levels with them, and the structure and support make it the perfect place to continue upskilling.

The office staff are incredibly responsive and helpful with any queries or admin needs — everything is handled efficiently and professionally.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance your career in the aesthetics industry, Cosmetic Couture is absolutely the place to be. I highly recommend it!

I have had CO2 fractional laser twice now with the amazing Lorraine and I am so pleased with it!
Lorraine is so kind and professional and totally put me at ease, explained everything so well.
My skin is so much smoother and I definitely look younger and fresher.
I had a couple of days downtime , had the laser Friday and went to work on Monday . It’s an amazing treatment.

I’ve been using this company for a while now and they’ve been absolutely unreal. The team is incredibly friendly, thorough, and supportive throughout every step. I’ve completed several courses with them and have been genuinely impressed each time.

Heather and Tony have been my instructors so far, and they are both lovely, approachable, and knowledgeable. They make sure you feel comfortable and reassured constantly, which really helps boost your confidence.

I’m genuinely pleased with my experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality training and a welcoming environment.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company! I had my Botox done by Tony one of the practitioners there & I cannot recommend her enough, she’s very professional and super thorough in what she does. She sat me down and explained the procedure and the after-care perfectly. It was completely painless & the results are amazing by far one of the best practitioners I’ve ever been with!!! All the staff there are very welcoming and very professional. 1000% recommend.

I have been today for Co2 laser treatment as a model, which was overseen by Lorraine. From walking in to the lovely Dean on reception to the practitioner and trainee and all staff were lovely and friendly. From start to finish they we very informative about the procedure and very professional. Would recommend them to anyone I’ll be back for more 😊

I would strongly advice to avoid this company after signing up to there qualifi level 4 5 and 7 I was given a start date for my course after chasing them for weeks, then that start day came and went no induction, no working online plat form for online learning. I was promised another start date then they started ignoring my emails and not returning calls
Especially when asking for a refund,
Eventually I was offered to join a course that had already started weeks ago which didn’t send right or fair so again I requested a refund and got ignored
After taking them to a small claims court and winning the case they 3 months later still haven’t refunded my money
Please be very wary of this training centre

The had a request in writing, by email and by phone more then once for a refund, qualifi contacted them directly trying to sort out a start date that never appeared
It’s a shame that some who is so vocal on instragram and social media about support best practice and non medics feels the need to wrongly obtain money from people within the industry trying to improve themself

I recommend the academy because they are very professional and friendly. All treatments include the option to model, just like with the professionals. They take good care of you, and I've always had positive results.

It's an academy I fully trust. The staff is very friendly. Paige explains the treatments to you at the reception desk. The practitioners are experts and always support their students. I've been attending the academy in Manchester for years, and they offer new treatments every year.

Nurse Heather is so reassuring and professional and her skills and expertise are excellent. I am absolutely thrilled with my results and will be returning very soon. Thanks Heather xxx

I was a model for Endolift / Endopulse procedure. Kyle was showing the other students how it was done correctly all very professional, and informative, I felt little faint not because it hurt i think my anxiety got the better of me . They stopped my procedure and and were very compassionate, gave me water and did not make me feel rushed at all and made sure I was OK before they continued. They were all so nice and welcoming . When the procedure had finished and my face had been cleaned over I got up to look at the results and instantly could see a huge difference, I am excited to see on going results over the next few weeks / months .Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you to all of you , see you soon .

Got my lips dissolved 4/5 weeks ago by Kyle who was lovely. When getting them refilled I got them done by Heather, she was amazing such a lovely person. Makes you feel calm throughout the whole procedure and is very caring. Would recommend them both x

Unprofessional, Poor Results, and Zero Accountability

I used to come here regularly and even recommended this place to friends — but after this experience, they’ll never see me again, and neither will the people I referred.

I had nose filler done and it looked wrong straight away — not due to swelling or settling, but because of how it was injected. I raised my concerns and two weeks later got a call, but instead of listening, the person just talked over me and insisted I’d need to pay £150 to have it dissolved. I barely got a word in, so I followed up and explained again: the filler wasn’t “different over time” — it looked off from the start.

The most frustrating part is that the practitioner took absolutely no responsibility for the outcome. I was told someone would call me back to discuss things properly. It’s now been over three weeks and I’ve heard nothing. No follow-up, no concern — just silence.

I’ve since had a second opinion and was told the filler was very poorly done. This place clearly cares more about taking your money and rushing through appointments than about doing good work or treating clients with respect.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere that values quality and accountability.

I have had a weekend training for lots of my courses at cosmetic couture on 20th April to 21st April 2025.. I would like to say both Jane and Heather have been absolutely fantastic greatest teachers they have taught me so thoroughly I really appreciate it! Am so greatful thankyou so much again for the kindness and everything taught by the two 🙏I feel ready to start my own treatments after training from these two individuals. I was given enough models to practice on . I was provided a accomandation as the day was rescheduled but they trained on Easter Sunday and Monday!! Which am really greatful for! I have no negative feedback atall. I was given best training! Was treated very well from start to end . I will be coming back for my level 7 soon . Thankyou again for the fantastic training .

Have been to cosmetic couture previously over the years, but most recently twice in the last few weeks, Heather, Jane and Michelle are all great, very experienced Practitioners, make you feel welcome and give you realistic expectations. Would definitely recommend using these ladies
