I had a really great experience at The Cosmetic College. I loved the fast-paced environment on the practical days, which were really full on but I felt I got everything I needed out of them and came away feeling confident in what I’d learnt. The e-learning, coursework and exams were also really easy to navigate around my personal life and work, which made balancing everything so much easier. Overall, I really enjoyed the course and would definitely recommend The Cosmetic College to anyone looking to train in aesthetics!

I had a wonderful experience at Cosmetic College! The laser hair removal course was highly informative, comprehensive, well-structured, and delivered at a high professional standard. The training materials were clear, and the information was presented in an accessible way. I completed 3 days of practical training. I truly appreciate the professional approach of my instructor, Devi—her support and attention to detail throughout the entire learning process were exceptional.
I now feel much more confident in my knowledge and skills. I highly recommend Cosmetic College to anyone seeking high-quality training in the beauty industry. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

I did my level 4 at the Cosmetic College and i really enjoyed my time there. I felt that the tutor (Davie) was incredibly thorough with her classes and had all the knowledge to share. It was immediately very hands on, no time wasted and lots to learn. Overall would highly recommend and i am going back for my level 5. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. It is good value for money i feel as they are really giving you access to as much as possible in the timeframe and the theory is very detail heavy.

I trained with cosmetic college for my VTCT level 3&4 and I had a great experience and my learning felt easy with my tutors davey and leyla, they helped my confidence and put me at ease whilst being new to the industry

I completed both my Level 3 and Level 4 with The Cosmetic College and I would 100% recommend them.

One of the main reasons I chose the college was the flexibility of being able to complete the theory online in my own time. I found the online support really helpful too, especially being able to look at the student support diary, compare it with my own availability and request a support callback when it suited me.

I did initially find my online account and the website quite difficult to navigate and needed some help with this. I do think this could be made a little more user friendly. However, whenever I needed help, the student support team were fantastic, particularly Aysha. By the time I actually went into college for my practical days, I felt like I already knew some of the team from speaking to them on the phone, which made the whole experience much more welcoming.

There is a lot to learn, particularly at Level 4, and at one point I felt completely overwhelmed by the amount of assignment work and wasn't sure how I was going to tackle it. After one phone conversation with a tutor, my worries disappeared. They explained how to break the work down and approach it logically, which was invaluable.

The practical training was probably the standout part for me. I had Davie as my tutor and she was absolutely amazing. She was so engaging in the way she taught that at no point did I feel like I wanted the day to end! She made learning genuinely interesting, while still being very thorough and logical in the way she explained everything.

What really stood out was how well the tutors seemed to understand each student. If Davie noticed I was lacking confidence, she would pick up on it without me having to say anything and have a chat with me or give me some encouragement. That made such a difference.

I was extremely nervous on my exam day, but the support I received was amazing. The tutor went through things with me several times and gave me the time and space I needed to prepare. Between the tutors and the student support team, I felt like they somehow knew exactly what I needed without me having to ask. Their encouragement gave me a massive amount of confidence.

I also think the courses are excellent value for money. When I look at how much support I received compared with what I paid, I honestly couldn't fault it.

Even the practical things were easy. The college was straightforward to get to and I found parking easy, which is one less thing to worry about when you're already nervous about practical training or an exam.

Overall, I came away feeling like I was actually part of the community there rather than just someone who had paid for a course. Everyone was welcoming, encouraging and genuinely seemed invested in me doing well.

I would 100% recommend The Cosmetic College and I already know I will be going back to them to complete my Level 5. For me, that probably says more than anything else.

I did a level 3 access to aesthetics with the college and couldn't be happier with the course. My tutor was Charlotte, she's very knowledgeable and gave us a ton of useful information, but she's also very down to earth and a lot of fun to study with. She made absorbing all the information really easy, and guided us through everything really well, without letting it become overwhelming.
I'm very happy with the level of education at the college and will continue on the next levels of aesthetic therapies with them. Definitely recommend!

If I could I would give no stars.

Based on personal experience, I would advise anyone considering studying for a VTCT level 2 and level 3 course to look elsewhere for the following reasons:

1.⁠ ⁠General poor communication and lack of support from the college. They cancelled my exam and they said they will send out the direction on how to re book this week - this has not happened.

2.⁠ ⁠Last minute cancellations of exams without prior warning meant that there was no time to prepare for any delays. This is very poor planning from the College and no consideration to those who has a business to run.

3.⁠ ⁠When I spoke to them today and explained that the longer I wait the more loss of income I experienced from my business, she then implied that I am stupid and should not expect to pass my exam first time around. That really annoyed me.

4. She tried to justify that their Terms and Conditions allows them to cancel exams when they choose and this would also support their very poor communication about ways forward and lack of support.

I would avoid Cosmetic College.

My training experience was fantastic! I am completely new to the industry and I was made to feel that I had made the correct career decision!
Davie was absolutely fantastic with all three courses I have undertaken. For a tutor to be able to carry out a three day course with only having the first PowerPoint slide and never referring back to it was really inspirational. Davies work experience throughout her different careers shines through, constantly and I really wouldn’t have had such a positive learning experience without her. Thank you Davie!!

Booked some appts but it all got a little bit confusing.

So i called them but i pressed wrong option.

But even tho i went to wrong dept, the lady was so lovely and she went above and beyond to help me sort the issues. So we all booked in for nov 10th nov.

Back to complete my 8th course this time, intramuscular injections B12. Lovely training day. Everything was crystal clear, so well presented. Step by step protocols. All up to date with current laws. Exact list of equipment and where to purchase the best product to give the best client results. Hands on individual training. All my questions informatively answered. Very happy at the end of the training.

I completed several VTCT qualifications with the college, including Level 3 Access to Aesthetic Therapies, Level 4 Laser and IPL, and Level 4 Advanced Aesthetic Treatments.
It was a very valuable experience for me, especially as I wanted to gain recognised qualifications and develop my career in the beauty and aesthetics industry. I learned a lot during the courses and gained confidence in both the theory and practical side of the treatments.
I found the tutors and assessors supportive throughout the process, and I'm very pleased to have successfully completed my qualifications. I would recommend the training to others interested in developing a career in aesthetics.

I had Davie May as my trainer and I can’t say enough how good she was. She is so knowledgeable and a great person to learn from. She was kind, supportive and put me at ease for my exam. Every training centre needs a Davie! The course was great and I learnt so much. I feel confident and informed to go forward in my career as a laser tech. Overall Cosmetic College have been fantastic and their communication has been amazing. I’m one very happy customer 😊😊

I purchased this course specifically because it was advertised as “Sunekos Skin Booster”, expecting the majority of the training to be focused on Sunekos.

Unfortunately, the course consists of multiple modules that are irrelevant to Sunekos, and you have no choice but to work through these sections before eventually reaching the Sunekos section at the very end.

The course does not educate on the different Sunekos products, including Sunekos 200, 1200 and Performa, their differences, indications - it talked about Seventy hyal and Jalupro which is a totally different skin booster altogether. There is no specific video demonstrating the Sunekos product being used, or its injection technique, which I would consider a fundamental part of a course specifically marketed as 'Sunekos Skin booster' training.

I purchased this course expecting specific, practical and comprehensive Sunekos training, but unfortunately that is not what I received. The title and presentation of the course is very misleading, and I am extremely disappointed with the content given the £49.99 cost.

I have recently completed the VTCT Level 5 Certificate in Non-surgical Aesthetic Procedures for Skin Rejuvenation at Cosmetic College. It was a fast-track course with lots of intensive practical treatments, and I really enjoyed the experience.

Lovely Charlotte trained us with her excellent knowledge, skills and experience. I especially appreciated her patience and the way she guided us on how to work confidently in a busy environment. I am very thankful to her for patiently demonstrating the mesotherapy techniques to us several times. With her support and guidance, I was finally able to perform a range of treatments successfully.

Charlotte is very supportive and a wonderful trainer. I truly enjoyed learning from her and wish her all the very best and continued success in the future.

I would also like to thank Ayesha for her support with the course information and for helping me understand when to complete my assignments. I really appreciate her help and wish her all the very best as well.

I really enjoyed my Course in body cavitation and Body RF with Davie. Davie was very enthusiastic and made the theory easy to understand and remember. I definitely recommend the cosmetic college.

Great service and staff are really helpful and informative i learnt a lot and are very satisfied with the outcome the online learning is very straight forward and easy to get around.

I've had such a positive experience completing my VTCT (ITEC) Level 3 Certificate in Access to Aesthetic Therapies with Cosmetic College. The course was really informative and has given me so much more knowledge and confidence to take forward into the aesthetics industry. The team have been supportive throughout, and the training was thorough, professional and enjoyable. I'm really pleased to have completed my Level 3 and I'm looking forward to continuing my training with Cosmetic College and progressing onto Level 4.

I undertook the VTCT level 3 in A&P after completing lots of CPD training and realising that I needed a recognised qualification to use certain skin brands within the skin care industry. I am just waiting on my certificate from Cosmetic College, but other than that the course was easy to navigate and was very in depth.
