With all the reviews, I was expecting to not even receive my package. But surprise! This site is legit! I don't know why there are so many reviews saying it's a scam? The shipping may take a little while, but the items did show up for me. I ordered about $50 dollars worth of things, so imagine my sadness when I started to read about how the website might be a scam. About my general experience, I had to wait about 3 weeks before my order shipped out, but when it shipped, it arrived in maybe a weeks time. Shipping for me went smoothly, if you don't mind waiting for the long ship out time. Two of my items got canceled, but it wasn't a big deal, I got a refund. Shipping was fine, received my orders (I live in Virginia, so Korea to VA in about a month is I guess average shipping speed??). Overall, an average experience, still not sure why there are so many bad reviews? Maybe some people expected their package to arrive in 2 weeks and thought it was a scam? I say be patient, wait about 2 weeks for your order to ship, and if it hasn't, send them a polite email and hopefully, they ship it out soon. Overall, good website, amazing prices, decent shipping. (also I got about 15 samples of the Innisfree bija cica balm, which was a funny surprise)

I ordered some stuff from them, and everything was really good. I'm from Mexico and the shipment I choose was something like SAL, the products arrived in a month wich is a very good time for my country.
I didn't have any communication problem, or uncomplete order.
Maybe they're getting better at costumer service.

I specifically am reviewing this because Cosmetic Love actually delivered within 10 days .. and i gambled on the purchase because it was for Korean men skin care products which somehow aren't stocked by sasa in HK or just about anyone else in asean anymore. And i wasnt sure the site was Legit cos the review below seem to be either 5 star or 1 star nothing in between. Well thankfully my experience was spot on with tracking emails etc, free samples which my PA happily took and now i'm with enough skin care to not have to resort to costly Biotherma or Clinique alternatives which frankly are becoming very pricey

Anyway.. they deserve a vote of confidence on this Trust Pilot. cos well ,,, Trust Pilot is how i gauge where i'd buy from

I have no idea why l decided to shop in this website. There was so many other good website l just had to pick this one... Its been almost 3 weeks now since l ordered stuff from "shitimec love" I haven't recived my package. I did pay and filled out every single information thet wanted me and l haven't recived my order number. I mailed them saying l never recived my order number they reply that it was my fault. Absolutely no respect to the costumer. They say without my order number they cant send my package since they dont know if l paid or not. I tell them my transaction number but NO. They wont ship. I basically just therw 30 dollars on this trash website. How is it my fault when l filled in all the information they wanted correctly and them just not sending me a order number. Im never going to shop from here again. Nobody should.

over 2 weeks after ordering,no notification of shipment, i sent an inquiry about their packing timeframe, was imformed that my order is pending becoz i item is out of stock at the time and ask if i am willing to wait if not let them know and they will send whats available. i was willing to wait it out, after a few days i got an email that my order has shipped minus 1 item and its NOT the 1 they previously notated. i send them an email on why they shiped without first notifying and 'pending' item is different from what they shipped. no response. if u order, b aware dat partial shipment is a possibility...so much for trying to save on shipping

Why oh why do I always stuff up. A few weeks ago, I decided to purchase a Korean Cosmetic Makeup Haul for my birthday coming up. (Cos I have no friends, so I purchase my own presents haha) And here I came across a site that seemed magical. That site being “cosmetic-love.” More like “cosmetic-dud.” So the sites presents information of shipping, yeah? “It takes 1-2 business days to ship” so it says. However mine took “2 weeks!” I had to email them more then 10 times to actually get some kind of contact from them. But it doesn’t end there! Since this site delivery cost goes by weight. I tried to use the most out of it. Like many other people out there, I went for the cheapest shipping with no tracking. Over 15 days have gone by, and I am still waiting patiently. And then it hit me, if cosmetic-love “had” shipped 1-2 business days instead of damn 2 weeks. It would actually arrive before my birdthday, but no. They just had to take 2 weeks to ship the products. So I emailed them, asking if it possible to actually make it arrive faster. So I received an email stating the information provided on the site. But wait! Get this, get this! *exhales* APPARENTLY IT CAN FREAKING TAKE MAXIMUM 60 DAYS!!! But get this also if I don’t receive anything in 15 days, I have to call the local post office. So, I did so after 15 days. Nothing. Even the lady on the phone pointed out how sketchy the company seems. So then I send another email to cosmetic-love, pointing out that “60 days is ridiculous”, and that “I have contacted my local post office and there is nothing.” I ended the email with “I can’t wait for a refund for I know I will not be receiving my products since it has no tracking number whatsoever.” Was it Luna or Yuna or whatever his/her name is. Reply’s back saying it is apparently “my fault” for choosing that shipping.

B**... No I am not going to curse, I feel like it. I really do. But no, I’m not going to.

Honestly I should of listened to the hundreds of negative reviews of this site. I guess I’m just in denial to pathetic company’s such as this.

P.s The site mite seem cheap, but the shipping is a total rip off. Best to shop at BB cosmetics and YESSTYLE!

I've been shopping from cosmetic love for about 3 years, so when I say that their product never ships, I'm not talking about how long the shipping takes, because that's always a given. When I order something from cosmetic love, i know that it's going to take 4-6 weeks. They recently changed their shipping fee, from free to starting from $6ish dollars. So I ordered a whole bunch of stuff so that I can get most out of my shipping. Two months later my order, only 2 items arrived out of 6. Of the 2 items that they didn't ship out, they refunded the money back saying that it's sold out. But 2 items they completely ignored. I reached out to them asking about the 2 missing items and they said it's out of stock and that they'll refund. Basically I paid $6+ for shipping for two eyeshadows... I asked for a partial refund on shipping and they ignored my messages until I threatened them I'll leave them a bad review online. Even still, they were extremely rude, saying that they refunded for the unshipped products, completely ignoring my question about shipping.

Buyers beware, you're definitely better off shopping at jolse.com, yesstyle.com, sokoglam.com, or even good old amazon. They always lack inventory and don't update it in a timely manner so you end up ordering sold out items and end up paying shipping for things that you'll never receive.

Cosmetic Love is a site where you can get Korean beauty at a mark up from the Korean market. Unlike YesStyle, you have to pay for shipping.

I ordered a handcream from them two weeks ago. They did not ship the handcream and when I contacted them regarding the ETA, they refunded my money stating they couldn't get the inventory. This is fine, but they only refunded the hand cream amount, and not the shipping cost. I mean, if you never shipped the product, shouldn't I get my shipping cost back?

So far so good. Decided to risk it despite the bad reviews. Ordered 2 things with no tracking number. Ordered them September 6 and recieved them September 20. Everything in great condition. Nothing broken. 2 little free samples. Happy customer :) I plan on ordering much more makeup so I'll update if anything bad happens. Oh and the prices are amazing and has stuff that I can't find on any other site. 😀

I asked for a refund right after i "placed" my order and Luna Yoo from their
Customer Service apologize and said she will refund me. I've been waiting for a week and have YET to see my money back or a reply from Luna!

it's been 2 weeks since I paid for my order and they still didn't ship out my package. They didn't give me any notice about products out of stock or any delay. I just realised the whole thing when I went on to check my order. I emailed them like 10 times and they just use automatic email to answer. Then email me that they going to ship out 1 item and I will be informed when the rests are shipped out (but didn't mention WHEN!) while in the last email I request a refund because I have been waiting for too long. LITERALLY CUSTOMER SERVICE = 0 & SHOW NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMERS

It's been a week since i purchased some goods in the website but i haven't received any tracking number. Tried to reached out to them via email, website, instagram and even through paypal but they don't answer.

I am still waiting for their response. Worst case, ill escalate them in paypal and they don't even issue a refund. It's just so frustrating. THIS IS MONEY WASTED.

Don't buy from these horrible people . Firstly I never received my order . Secondly they don't reply to the mails unless you threaten them that you will review them bad on the net . And the most important thing when I asked them to refund in my present bank account and even provided the bank details they still refunded in an other account to which I no longer have an access.

I have made many orders on Cosmetic Love, and it is my go-to destination for korean products in the UK. Korean products are starting to circulate the world but they are still very expensive in the UK. To name one, the Skinfood Black Sugar Honey Mask Wash Off is on cosmetic love for about £6.50 but it is sold in Boots the drugstore for twice the amount (we're talking £13).
What I love about Cosmetic love is not only the prices but the security of the checkout service as well as the authenticity of the products. I would love one day to order wholesale from them to try and spread the products around the UK but I think for now I''l have to stick to sharing the service with friends and family :)
