very quick and spot on
process was quick and easy, however, it wasn't delivered to my office address, I was given a registered post note and had to go into the post office to collect. I have things delivered to work as there is always someone here during delivery so this was inconvenient. Overall would use them again.

Fantastic shoping experience on the Cosme Paradise web site.
As a shopper who lives in a remote region I always miss out on the bargins. So with Cosme Paradise I can still get the bargins and the products are dispatched to me quickly so I do get them in a reasonable time.

Support does not answer letters
I have not received my order#100002464. I have repeatedly asked you to submit to the search for the parcel. I pay AUD 95,00 $ by April 30, 2013. Since the payment was 105 days is more than three months. Please refund the payment to my PayPal account.

Disappointed!
I placed this order on 30th July and I have still received no confirmation that it has been shipped! I could forgive that if the parcel had been delivered but no sign or siting of it here in Weston super Mare yet and it is now 18.12pm on Wednesday 7th August. How dare this company ask me for a review. I shall never use them again!

The perfume was genuine, delivered quickly and a great price compared to shopping in department stores in Australia. I will be buying all of my perfume from this online company from now on because the shipping was extremely fast too! No need to pay too much for perfume again!
