Ordered over a month ago. Still haven’t received the item I purchased!

I got junk!It was a personalized wedding gift for my daughter that was supposed to be in a thick glassed frame and I got a skinny piece of wood and the picture was not covered at all and dirty!52 dollars that I will be throwing away but will have my bank get my money back from these scammer!

i wish i had read these reviews (before fake reviews on their site) before ordering. my item came un assembled and with missing parts. not what i ordered!!! like seriously wtaf disputing with amex now

Don’t buy anything from this company! I bought their crocheted pet key - what arrived was of very poor quality with fake fur! Nothing near to what was promised. Absolutely overpriced and ridiculous. Another chinese scam!!!

It's a scam website that steals designs, photos, descriptions, reviews etc from SMALL BUSINESSES and sells them as their own! DO NOT BUY!!!!! They stole from me!

Ordered 1 1/2 months ago. Says it was delivered but it never was. This website is a scam.

Waited an entire month to receive my item for the zipper on it to break the day it arrived. When I contacted them demanding a refund they tried to offer me a replacement which I refuses because it is obviously poorly made and because I don't want to wait another month to get it when it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I insisted on a refund which they did eventually give but still charged me $7.99 for shipping which is ridiculous in my opinion given that their product was crap.

Scam website. Do not buy anything from them.
Ordered over a month ago, Never recieved anything. Says it still hasn't shipped.
No contact phone number and the email under "contact us" on their website doesn't exist. Scammed out of $140.

Ordered a superhero frame for father day. Didn’t arrived on time and the plexiglass was broken. I sent an email to complain and they sent a new frame… arrived broken too. Since then, they haven’t responded to my 10 emails sent to ask for a compensation. It was expensive and quality is poor. Sad because it was a great idea!

Ordered a gymnastic’s uniform hanger that has pockets for items and the uniform to be hung a month ago, and still not update on when it will be shipped.

They have not responded to my emails for update on delivery!

Took my money straight away -
Then sent a refund 28 days later when they realised that certain lego pieces were out of stock.

They also do not commit to a 12 day standard delivery.

Not trustworthy at all

I ordered a superhero picture frame. The frame had a cheap plastic instead of glass exterior that was broken in several places. One Lego superhero was missing and arm. The printed words were on cheap printing paper that was cut crooked and then mounted crooked. Cheap Styrofoam was used in the interior to give it a 3D effect which made it look very cheaply made.

Do not buy from this company. It is not worth the money or hassle.

They stole my photos from my website and are using the photos to sell it on their website. Ive seen the quality of their work from people that have purchased from them and reached out to me to show me photos. They are in China and it’s impossible to get them to stop scamming people and stealing my intellectual property as well as my customers.

Je suis très mécontente de mes achats car le seul article qui m'a été livré, c'est le cadre pour la Fête des Pères dont la protection plastique est abîmée avec plusieurs impactes.

Pour le prix, cette inadmissible. Moi qui pensais acheter un produit "made in USA" dont le coût de livraison est exorbitant et annoncé sous 8 jours. Pour finalement, le recevoir plus tard, réaliser que le cadre vient de Chine et que j'aurais donc pu acheter ce même article sur un autre site pour la moitié du prix. Et en plus, être livré correctement avec tous les articles comme tous les colis que je peux acheter sur ces sites en question !

Cela explique la pauvre qualité de cet article.

De plus, le second article de ma commande, qui correspondait à une décoration de Noël avec les prénoms de ma famille, ne m'a pas été livré.

Je leur demande le remboursement intégral de ma commande. Ils ne répondent pas à mes mails.

Je suis choquée du peu de sérieux et de qualité de votre marque.

N’achetez surtout rien sur ce site.

Cute, creative idea but poor quality! Shadow box is likely from Dollar Tree. It’s faux wood with thin plastic cover. To keep appearance I would display where not handled often and can’t fall.

Ich hab den Bilderrahmen mit den Lego-Superhelden im Internet gesehen.
Kurzzeitig überlegte ich, ob ich den selbst bastel, aber ich fand nicht alle Lego-Figuren und es war teuer einzeln zu bestellen.

Lieferzeit beträgt ca. 2 Wochen also rechtzeitig bestellen 😀
Ich bekam eine Bestellbestätigung und eine Email, dass meine Bestellung unterwegs ist. Auch mit der Sendungsnummer konnte ich nachvollziehen und kontrollieren wo mein Bilderrahmen ist.

Kurz nach der Bestellung hab ich nach dem Unternehmen gegoogelt (fast nur negative Bewertungen) und war verunsichert, ob ich überhaupt eine Lieferung bekomme oder ob nur Schrott geliefert wird.

Meine persönlichen Erfahrungen waren positiv. Ich bin total entzückt vom Bilderrahmen und kann es nur empfehlen.
Mein Mann hat sich riesig gefreut und ich freue mich jeden Tag, wenn ich den Bilderrahmen sehe.
Deswegen bin ich wohl doppelt glücklich

Bought the store's Father's Day block photo frame, which is really well made and quite reasonably priced. I didn't get an order email at first, and I almost thought it was a scam, but I private messaged them and they were still very patient in directing me to where to look for the order email.

Mi sento truffata, ho acquistato un quadretto dei supereroi con servizio di consegna celere e la consegna doveva essere garantita entro e non oltre la festa del papà e invece, oltre ad essersi intascati i soldi subito, il pacco non è ancora arrivato. Oltretutto hanno sbagliato l'indirizzo di destinazione che non corrisponde a quanto da me indicato.
Continuano a scusarsi arrampicandosi sui vetri ma non rimborsano nulla.
Lo trovo assurdo e ingiustificabile dato che ho pagato apposta un servizio celere l!!
Lo sconsiglierei a chiunque,dal momento che oltre alla mia pessima esperienza,da quanto leggo i disservizi sono stati parecchi per più acquirenti....
