I opted for one month, it told me to download app and get my plan. Logged in with same email as plan purchased. Then in the app it required me to purchase again! No way to get my plan. Hit the x knocked me out of app

It was easy to get started but there were a LOT of extras that they wanted you to add on. I’m hoping their weight loss success stories weren’t the result of buying the 5 or 6 additional products they wanted you to buy.
