Quality and ease of purchase
Easy navigation, purchase, acceptable delivery time across the border.
Was surprised to realize that the substantial discount on a model of jacket was basically offset by a customs tax I had to pay on Swiss side. An explicit word of warning during purchase for international shipment could have been helpful.

Hi Zura,
Thank you for your review and for highlighting the smooth purchasing experience and delivery process. We’re glad to hear that navigating our website and placing your order was easy and convenient.
We also truly appreciate your honest feedback regarding the customs charges in Switzerland. We understand how disappointing it can be when unexpected import fees reduce the benefit of a discount. Thanks for your suggestion about providing clearer communication for international shipments. We’ll definitely take this into consideration to improve the experience for future customers.
Thank you again for your support.

The best as usual
I had ordered 3 products, and I needeed to receive it fast as I would then be leaving for a month. One article was only available at the flagship store but when I reached out to them via Whatsapp, they solved the issue quickly and the whole order was delivered on time.
As usual (I had previously ordered one short, one jacket and 2 T-shirts), items are really well made, of very good quality and fit me well.
I can only recommend their products.

Its a very good quality jacket
Its a very good quality jacket. Its light weight, warm, waterproof and breathable with lots of pockets. For coldish 0-12°C weather conditions. Below 0°C I always wear an extra vest of something under it. The only minor down side of this jacket for me is the hood. Its too big for me. If I wear it it falls over my eyes. If I dont wear it, it is a bit anouying against the back of my head/neck. Overall very happy with the purchase.

Thank you for your detailed review!
We’re really happy to hear that you’re enjoying the jacket’s lightweight feel, warmth, waterproof performance, and practical pocket design. It’s great to know it’s serving you well in colder conditions too.
We also appreciate your honest feedback regarding the hood. We understand how the fit can feel a bit oversized depending on personal preference, and comments like yours are very valuable for our future product improvements.

Kwaliteits spullen.

Thank you once again for your purchase! We hope you get the chance to test the jacket in various conditions and that it exceeds your expectations. We look forward to serving you again in the future!

Warme tussenjas
Service verder prima.
