SAM WAS RIGHT ON TOP OF IT...FROM CHECKING ON A PREVIOUS ORDER TO PRODUCING A NEW ORDER. I MUST SAY, THAT ASAPINKJETS/CORPORATE TONERS HAVE BEEN MY SOLE SOURCE FOR ALL MY PRINTING NEEDS FOR I BELIEVE 10+ YEARS; FROM OKIDATA LAZER PRINTERS THROUGH MANY YEARS OF DIFFERENT EPSON PRINTERS. CURRENTLY USING 5 TYPES ON LINE. NEVER HAD A FAILURE. IN TEN YEARS I HAD ONE BAD SHIPMENT THAT LEAKED. ASAPINKS HAD THE ORDER REPLACED AND SHIPPED THE SAME DAY.

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!
Ordered toner for our printer. CorporateToners sent cartridges that did not work with our printer. Contacted them requesting return information and they said I needed to send them an email with photo of the cartridges in order to get return instructions. Two weeks later I contacted them again saying I hadn't heard from them. The person acknowledged receive the first email AND the second email that I sent (in case they hadn't received the first one). Was told I'd be called by one of their reps to help me out. Never heard from them again. Tried a third time to get satisfaction, to absolutely no avail.
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! The are untrustworthy and are obviously not really concerned about customer service and ethical selling.

Why have an e-mail address if you don’t reply to e-mails?
Their products and prices are good, but I sent an email to their customer service dept. and they never replied so I sent a 2nd email a few days later and again, no reply. That’s how companies lose customers!

I'm glad they are around
I get that there are ink cartridges providers/companies that are not good. So, I worry sometimes and I check carefully if it’s reliable. But my life is busier this year so I have not much time to check reviews or even order my ink needs sometimes. I would run out of ink and would just go to a printing shop.
I am glad that Corporatetoners is around. They have consistently provided me quality ink products. I had high expectations from them and they were able to meet it. They are already bookmarked on my computer. Everything works great. I have not made a complaint ever.

I had a good experience ordering from them. I was afraid because I checked out some of the reviews here. So I called them and I was assured by the customer service. He was nice to talk to and accommodating. After 7 days, my inks and cartridges was delivered. At first, I thought my printer doesn't recognized their cartridges but then when I called them again, the guy gave me some instructions and it worked! So far, so good!

I ordered a drum for my Brother MFP7840W over 2 weeks ago. The website promised 4 - 5 day delivery. I have yet to receive my product or even a delivery attempt notice from UPS.

This was shipped on Dec 9 but for some reason UPS only delivered on Dec 19 (http://wwwapps.ups.com/WebTracking/processInputRequest?tracknum=1ZA287E80399236165). Not sure if it was weather related or why it took so long, but we apologize for the inconvenience caused and would like to offer you 10% off your next order as a courtesy so please call us ahead of your next order so we can take care of you. This delay is unusual and should not happen again.
