Really insightful

Very useful, with lots of accessible and easily understandable tools to help guide successful growth. Lots of techniques I will definitely carry forward in both my personal and professional life.

I recently completed the Leadership and…

I recently completed the Leadership and Management course and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to develop their leadership skills. It was an engaging, practical, and insightful experience that provided tools and techniques I can immediately apply in the workplace.

Chris, the trainer, was fantastic throughout the course. He kept the sessions engaging and interactive, explaining each topic in a clear and thorough way that made the material easy to understand and apply.

Overall, the course gave me a much clearer understanding of what it takes to be an effective leader and manager. I left feeling more confident, motivated, and better equipped to support my team and achieve results.

Leadership and Management Training Course

It was an absolute pleasure to attend the 2-day Leadership and Management Training Course in London from The Corporate Coach Group. The course was clearly structured, with a helpful agenda shared at the start of each day, so we knew exactly what to expect. The content was rich — almost too much to digest in one go (in the best possible way!). Day 1 in particular was packed with valuable insights and practical tools. We had an excellent trainer, with standout presentation skills. I especially appreciated their use of visuals and physical cues (like hand signs) to reinforce key points — very effective and memorable. I honestly can’t recommend this course highly enough.

Really enjoyed Right Box

Really enjoyed Right Box, Wrong Box for dealing with conflict, it will prevent me getting emotionally involved. Smart Goals will be beneficial for my Quarterly performance reviews along with remaining factual when dealing with negative behaviours. Good delivery of the course content and open discussions for all formulas – Marco made sure all examples was relevant for the varying students. 10/10
