We were to rent at the Amalfi property for 6 weeks while my husband received treatment for his brain cancer. Two days after we made our apartment reservation we had to cancel it because my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized with bacterial pneumonia. Corporate Apartment Network charged our credit card for the full 6 weeks rent AND a $200 cleaning fee. Despicable. I am fighting it with the TX Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau.

While in Houston for cancer treatment, I needed a short term (14 day) place to stay. I ended up having to extend at least a week. Tammy and her team were the absolute best! The apartment was perfect. The people there are friendly and very helpful. There is also a shuttle service to the hospital area. My only "dislike" was the bed. But I'm spoiled with an iSerta Comfort sleeper and so I thought the bed was uncomfortable. We purchased a foam topper and slept perfectly after that. In all, it was the PERFECT place to recover from my surgery! Thank you!

CANAPT facilitated our need to move into a 2 bedroom & promptly responded to our need for a recliner. They responded when we had items that needed to be fixed ex. Tub and Microwave.
The apartments were clean, smelled so good, beautifully decorated & very well equipped. The complex was gated, clean & very well landscaped. As a patient, my husband appreciated the safety & look of the complex.

Working with the staff at Corporate Apartment Network was stress free! My initial contact started off great, and after living 60 days in one of their units, I have no complaints! They listened to my needs, and worked with me to get a location that suited my wants and needs. They have a good number of units to choose from, and luckily I got a unit within the apartment complex that is perfect for me. I am also impressed with the communication among the staff and maintenance. One weekend, the air-conditioning wasn't cooling properly and they sent someone over and within no time he had it cooling again.

She was very professional, honest and understood exactly what we want. The apartment we stayed in was like home. It was beautifully furnished and had everything you need to live there for a long time. It was very private and safe. Certainly the apartment made our lives much easier and helped us focus on more important health issues. This will be the company we will only use when we go back there again to the area.

We are repeat customers of Corporate Apartment Network and we will definitely use their services again. We were in Houston for prolonged medical treatment and CAN suited our needs very, very well. We were offered several options and what we chose was about 1 mile from the medical center -- a secure building with gated entrance and covered parking. Any request we had was promptly answered -- including high thread count sheets or help with TV service. I was particularly impressed with CAN's flexibility. We had to extend our stay because of unforseen medical problems and CAN accomodated us with no hassle.
If business or medical reasons bring you to Houston for an extended period of time, you cannot go wrong with CAN. You'll be impressed with their responsiveness and professional, attentive service.
