We had a wonderful trip to Tunisia which opened our eyes to the amazing Roman sites there - we went at the beginning of June and throughout the weather was fine - some long drives with our guide and driver - both excellent in the way they looked after us - the three hotels we stayed at were fabulous.

The planning of the trip details and then enjoying their implimentation was faultless. The local rep in India provided the necessary support and Balaji addressed all of our questions to our complete satisfaction. This is our third experience with Corinthian and we highly recommend them

Farid: Super efficient in all that he did for us;
The St Regis was a top choice with a great view on the Nile
The Cart VIP service at Giza Pyramids was the best choice
The 8 Restaurant was excellent
The Old Cataract was fairly disappointing, nice garden and pool but Restaurants were below expectation in menu offered and service was ok
Boat trip was ok but nothing special, we expected that a Hotel like the Cataract would have had it own boat with a high standard oof service, which was not the case:
Visit to the Botanic Garden was very disappointing due to very poor maintenance, rather dirty and plants were left to their own to grow, full of market sellers of cheep Chinese produced objects.
The Historia Nile Cruise was EXCELLENT in everything a part from the choice of food on board as it was mainly Egyptian cuisine, no international choices.
Hasan (guide in Aswan) was good and super efficient, he followed us all the way to Luxor and was able to show us always the Top Lots;
The Almoudira Hotel was Amazing, beautiful location and Top Room, Lovely pool even though we were under constant attack of flies. Again, like in most hotels the choice of food was only Egyptian. My wife and son had a last night dinner at the Libanese restaurant and apparently it was the best choice.

Excellent trip to Tunisia. Thank you Hugh, your organisation was impeccable. Our guide , Hatem, was very knowledgeable and often went the extra mile to make sure everything ran like clockwork. A very rewarding holiday.

Hugh did a great job listening to our needs and creating an itinerary that gave us the best of Egypt. The guides were all good and very knowledgeable. Despite Hugh's best efforts however, we disliked Egypt intensely. The food was generally poor and we got sick from the food and required a Dr. The people in Egypt are OVERLY aggressive. You can't go anywhere without being verbally and often physically accosted by people who want to sell you something. The country in general is dirty. Of the 33 countries we have visited, Egypt ranks at the bottom despite the great antiquities.

Balaji worked closely with us to create a custom itinerary for exploring Tamil Nadu and Kerala. From the time our flight landed in Chennai until we flew home from Kochi, every aspect of the trip was professionally handled. Our guide, Satish, was extremely knowledgeable and provided fabulous insight not only into the historic sites, but also the local customs and lifestyle. In addition to seeing historic sites, we wanted to include exploring the flora and fauna of this part of India with special attention to the birds. All the naturalists that guided us along the trip used their amazing ability to spot and identify birds helping us log 84 different species. From the cottage on the Bay of Bengal, to the eco-lodges and the nights on a houseboat, all the accommodations were first-class. We highly recommend a visit to this part of India and using Corithian Travel as a travel provider.

Once again Corinthian Travel organised a superb tour for us and at very short notice. I cannot recommend their service highly enough. All arrangements went smoothly, our local driver/guide was excellent and very helpful. Corinthian provided useful and accurate descriptions of the places we were to visit as well as very useful travel notes covering an introduction to the country, travel advice and local laws and customs. They answered my various pre-travel queries and concerns promptly and patiently . This time we went to Oman which was a delight. Over 10 days we went from Muscat with its amazing mosque as well as sun and sea to the desert - sunsets and camels and driving through the dunes - and then on to the mountains with astounding views. We saw many interesting historical and natural sites along the way including forts and old houses and Bronze Age beehive tombs. The people are very welcoming, English is their second langauage and all the signs are in English as well as Arabic. The hotels were very good in lovely settings with a great choice of food. The weather in February was a perfect 20-30C, a very welcome break from the cloud and rain in England. Thank you Corinthian.

We visited ancient Yogini temples in Odessa State, India. Balaji in corinthian travel was familiar with the area. He arranged accommodation and guides in Kolkatta and in Puri and Budaneshwa. One temple was in Ranipur in a remote area. The Guide was incredibly knowledgeable both about the history and mythology we were interested in. We had a wonderful holiday arranged by corinthian and I would unhesitating the use them again.

We had a wonderful trip to northern India arranged by Corinthian travel. A friend recommended them and we were really delighted with the trip they arranged and the service they provided. We have used a couple of other higher profile companies and none of them have provided such a good level of service as Corinthian. We were particularly delighted that our tailormade trip was exactly that and put together according to our thoughts and wishes only. Balaji had a long chat to me on the phone asking what we were looking for, how we wanted to travel, our previous trips to India and our interests and from that he came up with an itinerary that absolutely matched what we had been looking for. We really felt they went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with our trip and would have no hesitation in booking with Corinthian again or in recommending them to others.

Completely last minute plan for Luxor, Aswan and Cairo. Hugh was in touch via whatsapp throughout, despite it being peak holiday season. He has impeccable taste - so every single hotel, stop, meal was perfectly chosen. Egypt is a once in a lifetime adventure but I want to go back for more asap! We were supplied with an experienced Egyptologist throughout the trip, easy transfers and entry to all sights. Much more to see and can't wait fo my next trip there!

Many thanks to Balaji Kandasamy for setting up our wonderful journey to south India in December 2024. From ‘tweaking’ the Corinthian Spiritual Tamil Nadu itinerary to suit our needs, to coming to our rescue when an arrant cyclone made a change of accommodation an urgent necessity (surely the best test of a travel company and its local agent!), Balaji was unfailingly efficient, flexible and a pleasure to talk to.

This was a fascinating trip, with our favourite places being the French influenced Pondicherry town and the eerie, atmospheric Chetinnad mansions, slowly crumbling away. Oh, and the best samosas ever, eaten with our great driver, Raj.

We recommend Corinthian and will be using them again.

Travelled November/December 2024. Being first timers to India and taking the advice of the Telegraph newspaper we went with Corinthian Travel on their Signature Luxury Rajasthan Tour. No regrets at all, had a stunning time and everything was very well arranged and communicated by Corinthian. Corinthian had organised everything within India using an excellent local tour operator whose local guides and driver (single driver throughout) were excellent. The hotels were all Oberoi Hotels who we could not fault, wonderful 5 star hotels with superb service and style. Highlights being The Taj Mahal and seeing Tigers. I would highly recommend Corinthian Travel.

October 2024-My third trip to Egypt and the second organised by Hugh. A solo privately guided tour including Cairo, Alexandria, middle Egypt and Luxor with the added bonus of entry to the GEM on it's opening. A huge thank you to Hugh for putting together a trip specifically in line with my interest in Egyptology. All the local staff went out of their way to make this trip both pleasurable and memorable. Travel and hotels first class and I would recommend Corinthian Travel at all times.

Hugh and his team in Egypt provided me and my wife with the most amazing experience. We had every need taken care of by the travel reps and guides.

The HMC Dahabiya Zahra and their staff was by far the highlight of the trip and would strongly recommend anyone wishing to cruise the Nile this is the way to do it. The sunrises, sunsets and the food just blew us away, nothing was too much trouble, the staff truly went above and beyond. It would be fair to say that the standard of food on the boat rivalled that of the Sofitel Old Cataract Hotel and that experience was something else too and another not to be missed.

Both my wife and I would whole heartedly recommended using Hugh and his colleagues at Corinthian Travel as we will certainly use them for future special trips.

Corinthian Travel put together a great trip for us to Tunisia and Egypt. The guides and drivers were excellent and the rip went smoothly. I definitely recommend them as an agency.

Hugh put together a fantastic and varied 2-week trip for us through Jordan. We felt very privileged. Jordan is indeed a special place: history, desert scenery, amazing food, but especially kind people.

Advised Hugh of what we wanted to achieve on a journey through south west Türkiye and he gave as an excellent itinerary with the best tour notes we have ever received. All went to plan and overall probably exceeded our expectations. Now considering another trip with Corinthian.

I was initially apprehensive about Corinthian Travel as I (and all my family and friends) had never heard of this company. I am extremely pleased to say that from the initial enquiry, follow up changes and tweaks to the final execution, everything was managed so well by Balaji that he deserves a special mention.
The internal flights and airport pick-up went smoothly without any glitches. The hotels were great and the tour guides and drivers at each location were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
