Szczegóły produktu
Resistance Bands & Tubes Develop Strength & Mobility
Want to take your workout to a whole new level? By creating resistance when stretched, our mini bands are great for giving your muscles an extra challenge when you’re working out. The set includes five bands which provide different levels of resistance for low and high-intensity exercises. ///
Adapt Your Workout
The bands are smaller than the pull-up bands most people are used to. Their small size makes them perfect for adding resistance to squats and other lower body exercises. You can also use them for lat pullwdowns and other upper body exercises to give yourself a total body workout.
5 Levels of Resistance
Each band is suitable for a different type of exercise. The lighter bands are easier to stretch are perfect for stretches, recovery training, upper body exercises, and rehabilitation from joint or muscle injuries. The heavier bands are ideal for lower body exercises and building muscles.
Natural Latex Material
The bands are made from natural latex for superior durability and elasticity when stretched. No matter how intense your workout, they’re sure to return to their starting shape. The bands have a loop diameter of 60cm (approx.) and can be stretched to three times their starting length.
Use Anytime & Anywhere
Fancy doing a workout during your lunch-break? Or maybe you want to squeeze in a bit of resistance training whilst waiting in a queue at the supermarket? Our mini bands are lightweight and portable with a storage bag included to easily carry them wherever you go.
Colour-Coded
Each band is a different colour, so you can easily identify the perfect one for your workout. For example, our extra-light band is a teal colour, so you can easily identify it if you’re doing stretches or a warm-up. The bands are also labelled with their resistance for easy reference.

Great to hear you’re loving your resistance bands! We hope you enjoy using them as part of your workouts.
The product is fine, quality good so far. Seems to be just a branded version of the same thing you can get on Amazon for a bit cheaper, but I'd rather support an independent business so I was happy to buy.

Well made and individually plastic wrapped. I only needed the heavier ones but was able to pass the lighter ones onto classmates. I can be sure whatever I order from Core balance will be high grade and promptly delivered.
