Awful experience
Awful experience. The bag is terrible quality for the price and looks nothing like the picture. The appliques on the side aren't felt, instead it looks like weird carpet material. The belt shoulder strap had corrosion on it when I received it. And then didnt even ship out my item until almost 30 days later, after I had to reach out to them to inquire about my order.
Never again. Especially with their bad "return policy". Don't waste your money or time with this company.

Louis Vuitton replicantIt took a month to receive the package
It took a month to receive the package. The handbag smelled very bad. It was rubber coated cardboard, not leather. Also, the metal turn lock and chain shoulder straps were such a fake brassy color. I wanted to return the handbag but was told it was bought on sale and was not returnable. Total scam. After 3 months of airing out the handbag, the smell is just starting to fade. Horrible product. Horrible company. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

I understand that not everyone will be happy with what they received but the customers who also made the purchase for the same purse are happy with it.
We would like all our customers to receive their package as soon as possible but please understand that we have no control over the delivery progress by the carrier.
The purse that you have purchased is made with cowhide leather and it is normal for the bag to have some smell since it was produced a week before it was posted on our store website. The smell will go away and we suggest putting baking soda in a zip lock and keeping it open inside the bag to speed up the process of removing the smell. You can also air-dry the bag for a few days.
In relation to the hardware, the photos of the actual purse are also posted on the product page for all customers to check before placing an order. We also made sure that our policies are available on our website for our customers to review.
