We moved into our new home with Cora developments and like any new build there are small issues but the Cora Team,Brendan Site Manager, Debbie Sales Advisor and Becky Customer Care have been so responsive to make sure any issues are resolved as quickly as possible and we enjoy the whole experience of a brand new home.
Could not be happier with the development and the whole customer experience with the Cora Team.

We moved into Romney meadows in November and are enjoying our new home.
Debbie and Brendan have been great and always on hand to answer questions and with the other guys on the site have fixed any snags we’ve had really quickly.
Will seem very odd when they all leave the site!!!

Recently purchased a home at their Quainton site. A new build development that feels like a well designed place.

Incredibly friendly, thoughtful staff with an eye for details. Have already recommended to multiple friends.

Debbie, Brenden and the entire team at Cora made the full process very enjoyable and as straightforward as possible. They have always been extremely available and helpful and I cannot recommend Cora highly enough!

Absolutely 'DISGUSTED' with my house. Never BUY a new house from CORA developers!! my bathroom is leaking and walls/skirting boards are cracking. And to top it all I received a letter about maintenance charges.

We moved to our new home at Romney Meadows in end of January. We would be very thankful to Brenden the site manager who gave valuable advices about our new home while handing over the keys. Also he helped us on our snag list after seven days and himself he inspected the works and asked our satisfaction too. He is such a nice guy and we wish him a best future in his carrier. Also we would be very thankful to Debbie and Cora helping us getting this property on our own. Debbie was doing a good job during mortgage time and she helped a lot to get this house soon as possible.

We have had great experience with Johanne from the Customer Care of CORA!

Johanne is friendly, responsive and thorough! She is extremely efficient in attending whatever issues we have come across, and helped us liaise with respective contactors for earliest arrangement to sort it out. Other than this, she also helped us clarify queries with the Management Company.

Keep it up with your fantastic job, Johanne, in assisting us as well as other residents in our Estate!

Dawn in the show house was helpful and knowledgeable about the development.

Dawn at Great Bowden was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the site.

Roy is always so polite and always happy to answer any questions. He takes care when in the house, a great chap.

We have now been at Romney Meadows for over 6 months! Time has flown by and we are still in love with our house! We have had minor defects in the build and customer care have been great with communication if we have ever had to contact them. Brenden the site manager takes pride in keeping the development clean and tidy throughout the build process. He has been very helpful with giving advice on our home and he always has the time to say hello and ask how we are getting on if he is passing by. A credit to the Cora team!

We was the first occupiers on the development at Romney Meadows and we have been lucky enough to see the site change and open up into a well presented development.

From what we have experienced so far with Barwood/Cora, a 5* review is the least we can give. Chuffed to bits with our house!!

The whole process from viewing the development and show home with Debbie through to handover of the keys from Brenden and the snagging has been taken very seriously, with defects being sorted very quickly. Couldn’t thank the team enough!

We have had a very good experience in purchasing our new home at Romney Meadows from start to finish. Debbie was very helpful and explained the process, she knew all of the answers to what we needed. The hand over of our house was excellent by Brenden and any information we needed he was there to help. Brenden took our snagging list from us and it was dealt with very quickly. Cora Homes (previously Barwood Homes)
We recently moved into our home at Romney Meadows and have had a positive, hands on experience with the developers. We were very happy with the property on handover and the professional snagger identified less than 80 snags which were mainly minor cosmetic issues. The majority of these issues were resolved within the first few weeks and we are reassured that the team are aware of the remaining issues these will be resolved shortly. From the moment we reserved, Cora have been keen to support us and post completion, our site manager Brenden has been spot on and very responsive with getting any issues rectified with his team. Debbie Brown in sales has been brilliant and exceptionally helpful during the process of purchasing, chasing solicitors and getting us completed in good time, even after we needed to change solicitors during the process.

The sales service from Jo when we first visited the showroom was lovely. She guided us easily through the purchase process and always knew what I should be doing when I wasn't sure!
On site, Josh has been excellent, always easy to contact, quick to answer my queries and happy to go above and beyond to sort out any small issues. All other contractors I've come across on site have been friendly and helpful.
The only reason I have given 4* and not 5* is that we had a stressful issue prior to completion where Cora suddenly wanted to complete early, whilst I was on holiday and far earlier than had been suggested at any point. It was however soon agreed that the property was not in fact ready, and that the original timescale was accurate.
I'm delighted with what is an investment property and I am sure I'll have very happy tenants.

Brilliant end-to-end service throughout purchasing- frequent updates and always friendly. On handover, Josh was particularly helpful on showing me round. Since moving in, excellent support from Cora customer care as well as the on-site team (again, shout-out to Josh). Would definitely consider buying a new build through Cora again

I bought three houses for lease from Cora Home (Previously known as Barwood Home – Eagle Edge) located at Redhill, Nottingham. The houses’ quality and designs are very modern and exceptional; any issue are addressed, responded to and acted on immediately. I would like to say a big thank you and well done to the site team, Josh and Dan, as they were incredibly helpful, Josh did a great house demonstration that was very informative and thorough; he always responds in a promptly manner. In addition, after discovering one of the houses had a problem and I do not know how to sort out, both of them went above and beyond on providing me a super post-sale care. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable and polite, a true valuable asset to Cora home.

My daughter got her keys today for her new home at Eagles Edge, Redhill. On Friday Josh gave her the house demonstration which was thorough, informative and friendly. Today Josh was waiting for us to arrive so that he could take all the meter readings with us present and answer any questions my daughter had. He’s been absolutely fabulous. Obviously there hasn’t been time for snagging yet but on first inspection the house appears to be finished to a very high standard and both my daughter and I are delighted. Well done for such a professional handover and extremely high quality finish on the property.

Six weeks ago I moved into my new Barwood home at Eagles Edge.
Since the day I collected my keys I’ve experienced excellent customer service. The site managers Dan and Josh have both been incredibly competent and helpful. The small notes on my snagging list were all dealt with rapidly and efficiently.
Dan was also extremely helpful in resolving some issues I had with the broadband provider.
Very pleased with my new home and experience buying a Barwood home.
