CopyTrans is now the most expensive app I have ever used. Why? Because what I got out of using it was a corrupted iPod Classic and the loss of about 6500 songs! CopyTrans responded quickly to my cry for help, but it was too late; the damage was done. The app copied about 3000 songs and then quit with everything broken. Tried various means to 'fix' the corruption, but nothing worked. So years of CDs, Vinyl and even tapes are gone.

The antivirus software onto my PC decided to delete the Copy Trans software because of a so called malware.
I contacted the Copy Trans team and a few hours afterwards I received a complete information of what to do and how to do it.
Their answer was so rapid and effective that I can now again transfer photos from my Iphone onto my PC.
Which is far easier with Copy Trans than ITunes.

I requested support when CopyTrans Cloudly unexpectedly stopped connecting to my iCloud photo library.

Based on generic experience, I had low expectations but I was quite wrong! The CopyTrans agent responded promptly to advise the issue was arising because of a change in security on iCloud with a commitment to respond again when a functioning upgrade to CopyTrans Cloudly was available.

Even more surprisingly, I received that follow up response! After some further guidance to get the upgrade working, everything was back to normal.

I recently purchased and installed CopyTrans. I downloaded files from Icloud effortlessly. I did have moments where I was not certain of the steps and their effect, but all worked very well.
I then posted about that uncertainty and mentioned needing to o move the application. I got a response almost immediately clarifying my questions without me even contacting support!

Love it. I am fed up with iTunes not registering my devices half the time. iTunes pretty much has nerfed older ipods and music devices. My old ipod click iTunes current version refuses to register my old original nano click. Alright so it's basically ewaist because large corporations say so? No. If it runs, it's free I will use it. I'm fed up with algorithms controlling my life and want free. When did internet become a paid subscription on these devices. No. I got gifted a couple music players and apple won't register them. I love CopyTrans and it recognized it asap and I was quickly able to pull old music off of it and load new music on it. I'm free from enshitification. Thank you.

I recently needed to reinstall my operating system due to a virus. I do not have many applications to reinstall, however CopyTrans was one of them. I sent an email to the staff at CopyTrans and I recieved a prompt and extremely detailed step by step way of doing this. There is a data base at CopyTrans that also holds the keycode for all of their purchased programs in the event that keycodes have been forgotten or lost. CopyTrans is a must program for anyone that has an iPad or iPhone and would like to back up photos and videos to an external storage device. Thank you to all at CopyTrans

I used Copy Trans Manager (the free version) to download my songs from my laptop to on my ipod. It works like a dream. Thank you! :)

Software cant count, tried 29 files told me to wait because 29 is more than 50.

I’ve been having so many problems with MS Photo that I decided to try another product for importing my iPhone photos into my desktop. I selected CopyTrans and it worked great! Very easy to use immediately. So yes. I’m pleased with it.

Copy Trans totally bailed me out. I have itunes on my PC, and it somehow got corrupted (Apple said "this happens") and I lost my extensive song and playlist catalog. Fortunately, I still had it on my iphone. However, Apple and 2 separate top notch outfits in Charlottesville said there was no way to restore the itunes from the iphone. Wrong, wrong, wrong. I got Copy Trans and it did it, both songs and playlists--took an hour to copy the info, that's how extensive my catalog was. And I created a back up file with Copy Trans on my PC in case it happens again. Very pleased, highly recommend.

Haven’t used this yet, I read an advert online it Definitely, draws you in as it starts with the word Free. Is it free?
I’ve seen another write up saying a price, Be Honest how much is it and how long will you be able to use it?

After so much struggle to find good software to manage my music on my iPhone, it's nice to use CopyTrans Manager. And it's FREE! Wow!
Because it works so much better than iTunes or other crappy software with restrictions, I only use this from now on.

I had an issue activating the app upon purchase of the 'pro' version, but the customer support was quick, courteous and professional and got me running quickly. This app makes it much easier to interface with my iPhone when saving photos; apple should do a better job integrating with Microsoft but in the interim this app makes it much easier.
