Coppenwall provided an accurate pre letting valuatuon, stunning photography for the advertisement online, received and managed multiple enquiries and accompanied viewings, gave us prompt updates and obtained a tenant who was referenced, etc within hours and arranged a start date together with the necessary legal particulars.
