Extremely and inexcusably bad experience with this seller. I should’ve trusted the bad reviews
Ordered an item from them over a month ago.
In that time:
- I have received no updates about the item. When checking the tracking information, it still says that Australia Post has no received the item from the seller.
- Sent an email to Copped almost a month ago asking for information about my item and when it would be posted. I have not received an email response in all that time.
- Received an email from Copped asking “How my item is?”. When you click on the “my item hasn’t arrived yet” link in the email, it takes you to a dead link.

1-Star Review – If I Could Give Negative Stars, I Would!!
This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I paid extra for EXPRESS shipping and my order still took nearly two weeks to arrive. That is not express. Charging customers premium shipping fees and then failing to deliver on that promise is completely unacceptable.
When I contacted the business asking where my order was, I was told by the owner, Julian, that he was in Bali. That response was incredibly unprofessional. If you’re running a business and taking people’s money, you are responsible for fulfilling orders properly — regardless of where you are.
When the package finally arrived, one of the items was damaged. I purchased this item specifically as a collector, expecting it to be in premium condition for future value. A collectible that arrives damaged is essentially worthless. Condition is everything, and that was completely disregarded.
I sent multiple emails and messages trying to resolve the issue and received little to no meaningful response. No urgency. No accountability. No proper customer service.
After spending a significant amount of money with this store, being treated this way is unacceptable — delays, excuses, damaged goods, and being ignored.
Because of this entire experience, it has completely destroyed my trust in this business. When professionalism and customer service are this poor, it honestly makes you start questioning the legitimacy of the items being sold as well. When trust is gone, everything comes into question.
I will not be purchasing again.
Extremely disappointed. Proceed with caution.

Zero star rating. Bought $279 Nike shoes on 31 Aug 2025 from CoppedAU via Shop App for a gift. Item never received. Ignored my multiple requests for help. After J*sh said he would follow up with the post over 2 weeks ago.

Order received with the following tracking Australia Post tracking: 99717731420901000840903. A case with AusPost was opened stating parcel has been succesfully delivered.
Customer service has spoken to you stating that we will re-investigate this case and help provide compensation. Yet, you still attempt to hurt a legitimate Australian business, despite all the efforts on our end which is disappointing.
Nevertheless our management team will still continue to help you despite no wrong doing on our end of company operations.
