DO NOT buy from this company! There product description is not what they advertise! They refuse to refund unless you send it to China and offer you unacceptable compensation for thier thieving scam!!! Why is this company still trading and still advertising on social media!!!

Took about 5 to 6 weeks to arrive and when it did it didn't fit, was way to short in the body and I'm only 5"4 so not like I'm tall. Sent email asking about how to return, email received back was can u send pics of item, qr scan code and the delivery slip which I did. Received email back saying they have checked warehouse and it's what I ordered and they can't offer me a refund. Emailed them back saying yes it was what I ordered but does fit and they said not going to refund give it to someone else and they will refund me a £1. Crap returns policy will not be purchasing anything else or recommending them.

Stay clear of this company they falsly advertise their items, then refused to accept return or refund the items.

I was overcharged and then waited weeks for my Sleeveless Tummy Control Tank Tops Bodysuits to end up with rubbish.
I am highly disappointed with the results. The body suits are basic, poor quality and had no elasticity in them

Bought three body suits suppose to hold in your extra pounds! They are a disgrace how are they allowed to post videos of these body suits when it’s down right lies.No Lycra nothing to hold any thing in grotesque

Avoid these as on tick tock says the perfume is irresistible for your men I've order the male and female one both smell disgusting and when says get full refund they don't get back to you sao waste of money and false advertising 😔

I ordered 3 shirt cover ups, they are nothing like the picture advertised, one of them even came with stains all over. I requested a refund and asked to return as per their policy, they refused and offered me compensation of £7. They even told me to clean the one with stains on.They now will not reply to my emails. Awful company and service, and products not fit for purpose. Avoid if you don’t want to be out of pocket!!

I ordered 3 shirts. None were true to size or quality of image. There is no return policy and for a £52 spend was offered to keep them with £4 incentive.

Robotic customer service. Do not use them - cheap poor quality rubbish.

Brought two shirts advertised as hand sewn sequin detailing. Arrived and printed detailing that looked horrendous nothing like the image advertised. Website has a full refund policy, however they won’t provide refund process as they say it is the correct item that has been supplied. Terrible service, terrible company don’t fall for the advertising as what you order will not match what you will receive!!!

Shirt advertised was nothing like what I received. Actually made me laugh out loud at my own stupidity for trusting company’s who advertise of Facebook. It’s a joke really what they get away with! Lesson learnt but I live in hope that someday I may actually get what’s advertised. Not giving up on China just yet! 😂😂😂

Ordered 3 shirts from here without checking reviews...im very pleased to say they are lovely not the matrial i thought but still great..only issue delivery took ages..which is a shame and puts me off ordering again...but item and tracking were all good..if in no hurry then i recommend

Beware of using this company.
Stupidly ordered something via an insta ad. Order value stated one amount incl p&p but my card was charged more & so i contacted them within minutes to query & cancel. Cant get an explanation & told already despatched - which is untrue. It wasnt clear who company was so not able to check them. Then realised I'd had dealings with them before for something which advertised as bigger which arrived missing a part, they said not their fault, item was useless. Save your money & don't buy from this co.

Been advised extra charge was for insurance, that I didn't know I'd asked for, I didn't tick the box. Refund for difference being processed. But still beware.

One star because I can’t give a zero! Cheap nasty clothing, they claim to be high quality, material like a flimsy cheap dressing gown material, fleecy, supposed to be a smart jacket. I was overcharged and although refunded the difference of £7 within 24 hours I requested to cancel the order as I didn’t want to buy from an unprofessional set up (which according to their site you are allowed to do before despatch) 2 days later I was told it was dispatched they had completely disregarded my request. False advertisements and shocking after sales contact. Items arrived 1 month later! Colours also not as advertised and I’m still trying to return items! Do not be fooled by them and stay away. Do not buy from them you will regret it.

Awful experience

My items arrived over a month late and were so cheaply made they stank of plastic .
When contacting them about returning items they just ignore you

yes they will send you items but if you get into any issues where you need to talk to someone they will just ignore you .
I just want my money back and a legitimate proof that if I send them back I will get my money back .
Thing is there are 2-4 addresses I could return to but they are POBoxes or third party company’s .

I Ordered 2 pairs of gloves which were advertised as 100% waterproof (NOT A CHANCE) leak like a tea bag. They took over 4 weeks to arrive which was supposed to be from USA but came from China...this is a scam company selling cheap fake CRAP...STAY AWAY...DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Early December I ordered 2 pairs of large waterproof gloves as Christmas gifts.
First more was taken from my card than the advertised price. I contacted the company within days of the transaction but have not been reimbursed the difference.
The advert did not say the products came from USA. The gloves did not arrive until after Christmas.
I ordered 2 pairs of large gloves. I was sent one pair labelled large and one labelled small.
The large gloves are not men's large. They are about 7 1/2, ie womens medium size. (Too tight for my husband who takes medium, with slim fingers)
A scam? Although I got 'something' it was not what I ordered, was not delivered in a timely way AND I was overcharged.
You have been warned!!

I wish I'd checked reviews on this company before I ordered.

Although I received my order within a reasonable time frame, it was very confusing as I was receiving tracking updates from a US company at the same time as updates from Evri who actually delivered the parcel while the US tracking updates were still being sent.

The main reason for only 1 star is the fact that they have charged my credit card more than what was shown on the order, thankfully it wasn't a huge amount but very dishonest company to have done this.

After I had purchased 2 pairs of windproof gloves that were advertised on Facebook I read the reviews and was pretty sure the site was fake. I was mistaken, the price of the gloves was stated in pounds sterling so I assumed the they would be sent from the UK but no they were from the USA. The first thing I noticed was that they overcharged my bank by £3.34 and this worried me, but read on. They sent an email to say my gloves had been despatched and could be tracked. I then Googled the courier and all I saw was reviews that it was also a scam. I received regular updates and eventually a few weeks later I had a message from Evri to say they were in the UK. They were delivered to my local post office and I picked up the gloves which were as described. I have yet to test them but none of it was a scam and they refunded the overpayment promptly once I contacted them.
