Cooltracker is a scam. Don't use it.

SCAMMERS!!!I lost my phone and in a panic tried this website cooltracker.net,.signed up for the 1 of payment of .89p to locate my phone,.there was no location found and a map of America instead,..The scammers then tried to take £39.50 from my bank and signed me up for a subscription,I’ve had to order a new bank card,and report these lot for fraud

Its totally scam , no any location tracer website charge the 45$ to find the phone location and ask for gmail that my location will be send on this gmail account couple a week there are no response yet , so be careful to this scan alert of them.Thank you.

SCAM..SCAM..SCAM. Be aware- They Could not find my phone and charge me a subscription fee of $89 per month.
Very difficult to stop them stealing money out of my account.

No service, thieves. No direction to a subscription, glad I read these reviews and contacted my bank before they took the extra ££. Thank you , and sorry these scumbags have mugged so many people.

Do Not use their Service they will not refund $49.80 that was deducted after their .89 fee.

Same as others have experienced, paid $.89 to locate a missing phone, never got a location from the website and the next day was fraudulently charged $49 for a subscription service that I didn't authorize. This is a total scam and ultimately forced me to cancel my credit card to avoid being charged repeatedly by this fraudulent business.

Made a panic purchase of £0.71 and next day an amount of £40.72 was deducted, no information was provided at the time of purchase that they will charge me this much amount, I have called my bank and put them as fraudster b/c they didn’t bother informing you about the package. P.S. btw I lost my phone in UK and they gave me the location of Washington DC

Warning- Hong Kong based company Hong Kong Souya Technology trading as”Cool Tracker” phone to address tracking.
A one off use purchase of 89c using PayPal set up/triggered automatic monthly card debit of $59/month through paypal WITHOUT my consent.

Major scam. Like everyone else, approved a £0.71 purchase, they took £40. Stay away. Horrific.

DONT ENTER THEIR SITE. I did a panic purchase . Like everyone else leaving reviews they took nearly £50 for a 0.71p advertised purchase . I ‘ve learnt an expensive lesson .

This place is a SCAM. They are only interested in taking our money . There is no way they are going to find my lost phone. Full of promises and deceitfull taking of money from credit card.
I want a refund.

Absolute SCAM. I agree with all reviews here. Initially they used my credit card details to charge USD0.89 with my prior knowledge and authorisation. Then on next following day, I suddenly saw another Unauthorised charge of USD49.80 on my credit card, this charge was shocking to me as I was not made aware of this USD49.80 charge at all, not even in their emails sent to me.

No services rendered at all, only says “Pending” for requested service. I shall be making police report to Singapore Police Force.

Please do not use this business!!! They are a scam!! You think they are charging 89 cents for a one time look up, but it doesnt work and then they ding you for $49 for a subscription you never authorized! They should be jailed for fraud!! I now have to go to my bank to dispute this charge.

Scam. It just says pending and nothing happens

What a scam. Once you have paid for a number they say its pending. I asked why and got a whole story saying the anonymous message sent wasn't opened yet so they could not track the location. Funny thing is I sent it to my own phone to see if it worked and I never got the message. I messaged them and emailed about this and got no response. Don't waste your time - WHAT A SCAM!!!
