Holland road cool stuff sold a M17 ps4 game with nudity and sexual themes to a small 13 year old. I believe this should be agunst the law. Would not give his money back to grandpa that is raising this troubled boy

It's when something goes wrong that you really find out what a company is like.

I received a different model from the one I ordered. Cool Things were lightning fast with their response, they were apologetic and got straight onto a replacement for me. I told them the item was a present I was intending to take with me on a trip in a few days so they didn't demand I sent the other item back first, they just got the replacement out to me, even sending it priority so it reached me in time. This is how you do customer service.

What was delivered was nowhere near the quality of the items shown.
Delivery was a nightmare too. Was told they tried to deliver and I was not in but I WAS in. Kept getting emails to pay extra. Finally got it after a dozen emails

Jag hade beställt ett par hörlurar av cdon 25e okt som ni inte har levererats. Beställningen bekräftades den 27e oktober av cdon. Den 25e november kontaktat jag både cdon och coolstuff.com som säljer varan via cdon och frågade var produkten fanns och när den kommer. Varken cdon eller cdons affärspartner har då svarat på min förfrågan utan istället i separat kanal ensidigt avbeställt ordern.

Ingångna avtal följs inte och ingen ersättning erbjuds.

Trots detta har CDON idag dessutom skickat ett mail till mig där CDON ber mig recencera produkten som jag aldrig fick...

Absolutely shocking!! Would never use these again- take your money but my item never came! Emailed them several times and nothing back! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!

I bought an item in June which was faulty so immediately returned it. They did not process the return so have had months of Klarna (a credit service used by them) hassling me for money I do not owe, most recently with a letter threatening debt collectors. Now in OCTOBER coolstuff.com have corrected their error. Do not use this company.

Terrible service, horrendous customer service, don't answer emails or messages and when they do they tell you to be patient. Almost three weeks now and have only received 3 of the 99 adapters that I ordered, they have my money but don't deliver the goods. Beware with this company.

Awesome! Bought this "brew your own beer" for my boyfriend as a christmas present, it arrived super quick and with no problems at all!

Order never arrived after 3 weeks. Their number has a recorded message which refers you to the FAQ and hangs up. They did answer emails after 2 days - turned out that the courier UK Mail went to the wrong address. It was also impossible to speak to a human at UK Mail (plus their tracker changed the new delivery date every day, whilst at the same time not recognising my tracking number when I wanted to complain). Coolstuff offered to re-send using UK Mail and repeat my bad experience, so I cancelled the order. They did process the refund quickly. Coolstuff has no idea of customer service. I would not be able to recommend it at all.

I ordered a travel pillow on a Monday and it arrived on Thursday, within the estimated delivery time. The item was well packaged and as described. Would definitely use again.
