Do Not Buy!! These mats are a scam. They are very thin and do not cool in the slightest. My dogs have no interest in the what so ever. I also tried to get a refund and send them their mats back (I bought 3) and after alot of back and forth, I was only offered a $28 refund, the mats cost me almost $150. Please do not fall for this trap.

False advertising - these delivered products show no resemblance to what was ordered.
Cheap materials used - lacking cooling effect

SCAM COMPANY!!
Advertised on their website and Facebook a deal, buy 1, get 2 free. Ordered but received one blanket. Contacted asking for the two free ones, they said that deal had expired, there is NO expiry on the webpage or Facebook, in fact the deal was still up on website after they told me it had expired, and Facebook promoted ads still show the deal. Have told them that they must honour the deal as THEY did not put an expiry and are still using the deal to SCAM buyers into buying the mats falsely. VERY poor customer service. STAY WAY!!

Delivery took over a month, the product is not as advertised (smaller than advertised), has no cooling properties and the refund request process is a nightmare! Multiple discount offers to delay a full refund just tells me that they still make a profit if they get 30% of the price paid. Don't deal with this site. It targets Australia but is Chinese operation.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchase the dog cooling blanket. It is a rediculous small size and not a bit like the description. If this is an Aussie company as they claim, SHAME! I undersrtand I have been ripped off.

NO ONE BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! The mats are so thin your dog can’t even walk on them without them moving and turning over, the colour is nothing like pictured and they are cheap and flimsy. I have asked for a refund numerous times as their refund states a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied - and now they have gone silent! SHAME ON YOU COOLING AUSSIES!!!!!

I would rate it lower if I could, quality of dogs beds is questionable. Customer service has been nothing but shonky, had a set of sheets that didn’t turn up and was told they would send them out separately as they were out of stock, 2 months later no answers until I contacted them again saying they were lost in transit yet a tracking number I was given said no order could be found. I asked for a refund for the $80 spent on the sheets and they have gone quiet again, never again.

I have not received my order, ordered 20 December 2025, they cannot tell me where my order is, they just repeat the same thing saying it is processed but delayed. Not good enough. Now i want a refund but no response. Poor customer service, don't but from them they are scammers.

Scam, this is not “cooling”. Just fabric similar to a very limp doona/quilt, one side is silky, does not stay cool at all.

Total scam of a company from China. The product i received is literally a fleece blanket. No cooling aspect to it. Don’t waste money on it.

I asked for a full refund they offered me 25% I still wanted full refund, they next came back wanting to give me 50% but I still wanted a full refund, they came back offering me 70% off and I wanted a full refund they replied offering me 85% and keep the product. They don’t want the product back because they know how shit it is.

Absolute scam. Company pretending to be Australian when in fact they are cheap Chinese products shipped from China, and no customer support for returns. Their website is fake and useless.

I bought the "arctic cooling dog bed" that claimed to use Trademarked technology and it turns out to be a useless blanket with no cooking system of "pads".

Avoid this company at all costs.

This is a Chinese company, charged international fees on purchase and shipped from China, not an Australian company as advertised!

BS product - the “cooling side” is some kind of silky fabric gives minimal cooling effect and heats up in the car just as much as any other fabric. Waste of my money

Items probably from China, buy one for $89 get two free (Black Friday "deal") and not worth more than $10 each and totally useless. 30 day refund was like pulling teeth, first offered 20% and keep the items, I declined, back and forth trying to get a return address screamed previous dealings with Chinese companies. Eventually settled for 70% refund, which they initially paid only 50% and I had to ask for the remainder. Note to self, never buy off facebook again. Items are now in the bin.

Buyer beware. Not as described or pictured. False / not legit.
Arrived in reasonable time but it’s cheap Chinese crap and a knock off - not the real deal.
It’s a nylon thin floppy blanket no rigidity or layering of any Artic cooling fabric whatsoever as pictured or described.
There’s no label or information regarding which side to use. There is no temp difference between the 2 sides.
I will be trying to return the product & get my money bag.
It even arrives in a cheap plastic bag ie. No box.
Severely disappointed and angry that a company can get away with false advertising.

Very deceptive brand name… have been waiting for a week for it even to be dispatch yet tracking company is from China. Non-responsive to communication to cancel order. I should have done searches here before ordering. Website appears Aussie, could be aussie but product is coming from China so expect poor quality ..if I even get it

Arrived in reasonable time, but honestly a waste of money. These are nylon and cause static in my long haired dog and are so slippery on tiles the dog can’t stay in it. At $89 au each I wouldn’t buy it again looks worth $10. Pretty disgusted actually

Shipping took ages and then delivered to the wrong address. Haven’t heard back from the company or the courier yet.

Can’t review the product yet as it’s taking so long to get to me in Australia. First red flag is the company name. This is a 100% Chinese company. The shipping is pathetically slow. Watching the tracking my item has been sitting at the factory for a week now waiting for pick up. I just want to cancel the order and buy locally.
