I’m a 45-year-old woman in perimenopause who has also recently gone through a hormonal crisis. I have severe night sweats and ordered these pajamas to help. They took longer than I would have like to arrive and the pants fit in a very odd way being too high in the front. In the meantime, I ordered a pair that is half the price off of Amazon from another company and they are actually much better quality, they fit better, and they’re softer. I am trying to return them and the return process is cumbersome as well it seems. I need to return each piece separately and then get a restocking fee as well as have to pay for the return. This is not a good customer experience.

I asked to exchange a top not realizing it was a final sale for another size. I didn’t get a response in an appropriate amount of time and when I did, I received an apology and I was sent the new size free of charge!!

I had some fit issues with an order. I got immediate help, awesome explanation, and replacement for the faulty product ! New owner: new fantastic effort to be the best !

I bought the NightCool capri set in black and love it! It’s soft, comfortable, looks nice, drapes well, doesn’t wrinkle. I like the pockets and drawstring waistband. Most of all I like that it wicks away moisture, so I don’t wake up sweaty from hot flashes. Top quality in all aspects. Highly recommended.

Customer Service was a team of real people who went way beyond to solve a problem I was having. I would not hesitate to buy more Cool Jams. I should add that Cool Jams are the real thing and the fabric keeps you comfortable in a wide range of temperatures. Sleep well everyone!

I need to return these items. I do not like the quality of the fabric at all. I have ben a
unable to print my return info. Very upsetting.

The material is great and keeps me cool. These PJs are very comfortable and are highly recommended for a great sleep.

I’m not sure which corporation the company sold out to but the website is hard to navigate, intentionally confusing, pushing more items as I’m just trying to verify my order and pay for the items I want. It went from being a company with a good product and a straightforward checkout process to a greedy mess. I won’t be back. I spoke to the friend who originally suggested me to the site years ago and she feels the same way. Gaining profits and losing customers.

The pajamas are so nice, and as a bonus they keep me cool.

This is my third purchase of the same nightgown from you. It is the only gown I can sleep in. It really does keep you cool and dry to ensure a great night of sleep!

I ordered some pajamas for a relative. They apparently were ‘close-out’ which meant they could not be returned. I did not ‘read’ that anywhere. I tried returning but was unable to; I sent a request asking for help and was offered to ‘see what they could do’. Well, I would have expected more or better. Buyer beware. Check the return policy whenever buying from this site.

I ordered sale items in the size I always buy, but somehow the sizing changed and the items are too small. The website says I cannot return them due to being sale items. I ordered these items in good faith but am now stuck with stuff I cannot wear!!

This is my second response to my latest delivery. I love my new gowns. They are soft, comfortable and fit well. The fabric quality meets my expectations.

I absolutely love this pajama top. I accidentally ordered the wrong size, contacted them and asked for the right size and they changed it ASAP. I have four of these tops. Great company!

The fabric really works! I have tried cool sheets, but they never seem to work. Cool-jams solved the problem. Thank you!
