Wow - top quality service!

5 stars are not enough. My husband and I purchased road bikes from Cookson Cycles. Their customer service is outstanding. We are truly grateful we chose Cookson Cycles. From the moment we ordered to picking up our bikes, the experience has been an absolute pleasure. Shaun is honest, genuine, helpful, friendly and extremely informative. Had to buy a new screen for my Amflow

Had to buy a new screen for my Amflow. Cookson cycles seem to be the only shop to have it in stock. I had a few queries regarding the delivery I emailed the shop. They replied straight away and my product arrived the very day they told me on the email. Great costumer service would certainly recommend this shop

Great experience, recommended

Great experience. Ordered online and needed a new single right crank arm for a new bike. The one shipped with the bike cross threaded when installing a brand new pedal.
Had stock, packed and delivered quickly.
Had to contact the store and their customer service was 2nd to none. Really great guys.

Amazing bike fit service

Had a bike fit today, it was an amazing experience with every one of my issues on the bike addressed in detail. Very patient and explanatory, will definitely return for an update once I’ve ridden for a while. Stellar customer service and proper attention to detail.

I discovered stuff that explained so many things about myself and I am glad I had the experience. Totally worth is and an absolute value for money.

Also resolved my cassette issues!.

Great service

A refreshing experience. Had a little telephone advice prior to ordering which was very helpful. I was kept updated and the bike was delivered as stated. Assembly was minimal. I can’t wait to give my Granddaughter her birthday present.
I only wish more companies would offer a service like yours. Thank you so much.
