We had a problem with the freezer but it was sorted out straight away, very quickly by Cookology. The staff on the phone couldn't have been more helpful and polite . I am very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Cookology.

Sadly, the oven handle had been damaged in transit. They supplied a replacement. The jitchen fitter thyen cracked the glass when trying to replace the handle. Again, Cookology were great and then supplied a new oven. They will now be my first port of call for any new appliance.

Good experience from start to finish. Guys rang up on the day to say how long they would be.
Our door was just big enoth for the fridge so remember packaging on top of sizes.
Fridge was well packed worried might be damaged as with other company's, but no damage to it also guys took pictures of sides just incase.overall 5 stars for this company. Will use again.

They delivered very quickly and we had it in place and running in 30 minutes. It is just as described and I am delighted with it. It fits perfectly into the small space I have. I am really pleased with it.

Product represented good value for money but quality of build was suspect. Assembly screws didn't line up, the chimney stack wasn't uniform. Overall OK - you get what you pay for.

Excellent cooker hood, easy to install and works and looks fab. Quick delivery and well packaged. Well worth it compared to much more expensive ones. We find it quiet in operation and it extracts well in our kitchen

I ordered a fridge, it is a decent size and was a great price...The only thing that let the experience down was the fact that when the fridge arrived the top of it wasn't attached so I had to fit it correctly and screw it on tight before I had even plugged it in. I mean, who wants to repair something that is new before they have even used it. I informed cookology, they were pretty uninterested as my first thought wasn't to grab my camera and take a picture....bare in mind my phone was in the front room and i couldn't get out of my kitchen as the fridge was in the way with the top hanging off? That aside, it all seems to be working well now i have put it together correctly. I doubt I will buy from the cookology brand again just based on their response.

Really wanted to order the fridge freezer. Unfortunately because you cannot recycle the old one and just deliver to the front door i had to cancel.

Quick delivery, item arrived in good order, tje induction hob is working as it should. Quick heat up time, much quicker than others we have used and the downward vent is very strong and comes on automatically. Really pleased after 1 month use. Great price and quality compared to rival products with similar spec. Was tempted by Bosch and Miele products as I have had both before . But Cookology so far is delivering and we’re really pleased with its quality, aesthetics and more importantly its performance in the kitchen. Highly recommended product and customer service.
