I received an order that my husband wasn’t happy with , it was the first time this has happened. We love their clothes they fit nice and wash great. The order he wasn’t happy with was refunded . Was very happily with customer service, great experience.

I purchased a two piece casual wear set. The quality of the material was great. I usually wear a large, and that's what I ordered, but the large was bigger than expected. I returned it and decided on a refund. The refund process was simple and easy.

I had a recent experience with Coofandy that turned out very good. I was initially unhappy with an item however the customer service representative took care of my need immediately. Very happy.
I wrote a previous review which is attached here. Coofandy tells me to rest assured that they will help me find a solution. Yet noone answers my many emails and when I called(6 times) they placate me and never get back to me. I need help here and yet no help. I ordered a men's Jumpsuit one piece which I highly love. I only wear the suit on cruises when I go on excursions to the beach. Needless to say I have only worn the suit 5 times. On the sixth time, the zipper came apart and will not zipper up the suit. It is useless and I only wore it 5 times. I contacted Coofandy via email and through the phone number and have experienced the worse customer service EVER!!!!! My first email was on May 2, 2024 and still no response. The rep on the phone said to contact the seller who sold me the suit as I bought it via Amazon. The seller is Coofandy. If this is the way they deal with customers, I want no part of this company ever again. Can someone reach out to me to resolve this issue please??? Coofandy responded to me below and yet I've been on the phone four times now and no one ever gets back to me and helps me resolve this issue. Can someone please reach back to me?

This company is a total scam. I ordered based on one of their Instagram ad. What arrived was laughable. Cheap knock of that looked nothing like the products advertised. Totally different design and the cheapest of cheap material. Their customs service plays this “Gosh we didn’t know!” Game and offers to give you a discount on the junk they sent but you did not order. Total scam. I reported them to PayPal and PayPal gave me a full refund based on the fraudulent advertising. If you had a similar experience I encourage you to leave comments all over their social medial so others don’t fall foul of this scam.
