I have been signed up for the lifetime offer for 5 years now and the service is perfect, really nothing to complain about.
Being a teacher of communication and marketing, 2 years ago I wrote to the guys asking if it was possible to have about twenty licenses valid for 60 days for my students so I could teach their software (and they would automatically pay for the full subscription). When someone wants to bring you hundreds of new paying customers for free, you gladly accept, while they have never responded to me.
The support has not existed for years and for 2 years not a single line of code has been updated by them, unfortunately their imminent closure was foreseeable. Despite this, I would have gladly switched to a monthly payment solution to continue using Converdy but evidently no one ever thought, before turning off the service, of trying to keep it alive thanks to subscriptions.

Please investors, write down the names of the founders and do not finance any more startups founded by these people, they are excellent programmers but they do not understand anything about management.

I purchased Converdy in 2020 for $400 and it was a lifetime deal. They have now decided to close down. They already had terribile support to begin with, (with weeks before they got back to you) ... and now they have sent out an email to all users stating they will shut down, and it's basically up to us to back up our stuff and self-host on another platform entirely.

Absolutely disgusting. They should honour all refunds for all of it's users.

They have just sent out a letter saying they will discontinued by july completely all data will be deleted permanently.
The only way to get out money back from the Lifetime deal is to go to small claims court by many of us to start a group claim.

Two years ago, when Converdy was facing significant challenges, Print.Solutions stepped in to acquire the intellectual property of Converdy (software). While Print.Solutions was not obligated to honor existing user agreements, we chose to continue supporting all users as a courtesy as part of the transition of the asset.

Our initial plan was to transform Converdy into a specialized solution for our business needs. Unfortunately, adoption within our business has been limited, and continuing to support the platform is no longer viable. Therefore, the entire platform will be shut down completely, both for existing users and internal usage.

As a result, Converdy will be permanently discontinued as of July 1, 2025, at 12:00 CEST.

What you need to do:
Please ensure that you export any assets or data you wish to retain before this date.

Just to be super disappointed
They stop the development and disappeared into thin air

Horrible company, absolutely zero support I have a problem with my domain setup, and they answered only one time in one month, the first answer was after 10 days and then they didn't reply at all!

The product is nothing special to be honest, I hope for them they are scammers otherwise they are absolutely incompetent, and they cannot run any businesses!

Why would you collect funds from your customers if you can't even handle emails and basic customer service?

At the beginning there was Anamaria, and she was really helpful, but she is no longer working there, she probably realized that Converdy was a sh**ty company or maybe they couldn't pay her, who knows?

Stay away from this company!

Continually took 6-8 weeks to answer between chat support respones and refused to honor refund. Eventually stopped responding entirely to our conversation. Wildy dishonest company. Also false advertising, they advertise their lifetime deal as temporary and limited, but still continue to offer it to this day.

For me, Converdy 2.0 is like a hidden treasure. I've been with them as a beta tester since Converdy 1.0 began. There focus has always been speed of performance on mobile as main focus, not an afterthought like so many of the other companies. Plus, the Converdy team has built in amazing templates, great ecommerce, and excellent customer service. I have dozens of funnels and hundreds of pages on Converdy 2.0 because they just plain work like they should. I'm very happy I found Converdy back when they began.

When I first chatted with Johan at Converdy, I was concerned about what they had here due to my age and lack of tech background. After having time to read, listen and review, I will say this:
1) Customer service is excellent. They go over and above to make sure you as the client are happy. They hired additional people to guarantee it.
2) Cost is minimal. Seriously, any other similar program will cost in the thousands annually. No comparison!
3) Training provided. Easy to use program and easy to follow training. It's all there and they will walk you through anything you don't get. I'm 70yo. If I can use this program, anyone can.
4) Speed. There is no comparison with any other product. Converdy is as fast as a greased pig in a tube slide. Pages open immediately.

I just love Converdy! Their support team really give their everything to support me in my payment gateway and automation for the e-mail marketing! They've even video call me and show me step by step how to get it done!

It was last year when I first signed up for the Converdy trial. And to be honest I was worried that if I went "all in" I wouldn't be getting my money's worth. But the team assured me that this was
their start up product, and it would develop into the fastest most functional funnel builder available. And I can honestly say that they have delivered and continue to deliver on that promise.

The customer service is amazing! I had 2 issues that needed customer service's help:

1. I didn't get confirmation email after purchasing the lifetime access so I reached out on their FB Page & email. Johan replied on both platforms, guided me on what to do, and I managed to resolve this issue in 1 day.

2. I had a bit of an issue on how to set up the popups & how to link the forms to the buttons. Anamarija patiently guided me and we even had a video call session for her to show me step by step on how to set these up.

Overall, I had a great experience with their customer service, and their landing pages are gorgeous and super fast 💖 A big thanks and thumbs up to Team Converdy 👍

100% on Google Pagespeed Insights – I've never had that before. Converdy is exceptional landing page software.

The funnels are gorgeous. Converdy is the only landing page software I've used that gets more sales per visit than GumRoad. Highly recommended.

I find it strange to see the only reviews here are based on customer service and not on the software, I understand that it is an important factor and my experience so far has been amazing even after months of not contacting them I did to see if my lifetime deal was true to their word and it was! They are still behind other funnels builders in some aspects but they are doing things methodically and getting each step right first before moving on (others try to do everything at once and then fail in different elements ) Once complete Converdy will be more than a match for the others, Great people with fast responses is what I’ve experienced and I trust them to be one of the best in time

Non-existent customer support. Tried to contact on multiple channels, I once received a one line answer and then never heard anything back. Do not invest in this company.

I'm a paid customer of Converdy and this review is NOT about them promising something and delivering on time since it happens with software companies.

This review is their lack of customer service. They do not respond to emails. They sent emails referring to a piece of information on a Facebook group which does not exist or not possible to find. They do NOT have a section on their website for CUSTOMER service.

As it stands it definitely suggest you to stay away from them.
