Ordered and paid for my CSCS card online and since then have not received confirmation of purchase or my card. They will not answer my phone calls or emails.
Do not use this company.

SCAM You cant even call them...
The numbers don't dial through and emails bounced back. I was sent a dispatch email for my card 4 months ago and haven't received a thing since. Just order your card through CSCS because any third party company that issues them aren't sending the official cards anyway.

Bad customer service and experience!
We sent our employees onto the CSCS course. The trainer did not turn up so we had to reschedule for a different day which was 2 months later as this was the earliest they could book us in. The second time the trainer did turn up but was 3 hours late. When contacting afterwards for the test certificates the customer services was shocking. Do not use. Cheaper options out there as well.

I failed the safety environmental course which I did from home, why?
Well I passed it 100% but they said my webcam shut down!! So they failed me
Now they won’t except my calls, stay well clear of this company.
All in all, they robbed me for £318

Disgusting company keep hanging the phone up on me after I’ve payed £200 + to do the day corse they should be shut down I don’t understand how a company like this is still going stay well away

Ordered my cscs card in October nearly 6 months later still haven’t received it and they don’t answer the phone and when they do they just hang up when they find out who it is, they are a scam and after using my card was being fraudulently used they should be shut down

BAD,BAD experience,i ordered my cscs green card on the 3/2/23 and today 28/2/23 still i haven't received i mean, i have a contract starting in two day and i might have to decline because i cannot work just with my certificates .thank you for your professionality i paid double the normal price thinking that i would speed up the process but i was wrong ,really wrong.

I booked my test and card through copany befoe i read reviews was missled by the reviews as i done test and due to me haveing an active card i had to wait till middle of jan for my updated card which i recieved today as was told would be .dont believe everything you read of people haveing bad experiences .thanks to cscs

If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid at ALL COSTS. Categorically the worst company I've spoken to or dealt with. 3 months later still no card but with holding money. Promised endless call backs from useless Jasper who stated there was an issue with the card process. No issue just a scamming company!!!! Need to be taken down.

This company has the worst customer service i have ever come across!! I wish I had read the reviews before applying for my CSCS card. Firstly they charged £66 for a card that I could have paid £35 from CSCS directly.On speaking to an advisor called Jasper, he promised the earth and after emailing him and not receiving a reply after two weeks, I did a chat online and was told would get a call back at 10am that day! The call came and again it was Jasper, what a rude man he was! All he did was talk over me and then again promised the earth, when I asked to speak to a Supervisor, what a surprise, nobody was available. Finally spoke to someone in accounts, (not sure) after requesting a refund and was promised a refund of £35 in 5-10 days. The refund hadn't arrived after ten days so emailed them, got a reply would look into it, emailed again asking for an update, nothing!! The refund finally arrived in my account yesterday. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and would strongly advise to avoid at all cost!

SCAM!!! Steer clear from them. My husband passed the test one month ago and they haven’t sent the card yet, my husband already got a job, but he can’t work because he paid this company but they aren’t doing their job!
We call them to resolve and they always have a different excuse to why they still haven’t paid cscs yet.
They are all really rude to us, they talk back at you and have no professional posture. If you have a problem you’ll be completely in the hands of unreliable and disrespectful staff who enjoys mocking with you.
DO NOT USE THEM if you want your card and your sanity

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life.
I have paid them to help me to get my green card.
When I called them for the first time they were really interested to help me but after I paid them, it turned into a nightmare.
It’s been weeks since I passed the test. I had several problems and I still didn’t get my card!
I had to call the CITB myself to solve many of the issues because construction safety support are unresponsive.
Now it looks like they are deliberately neglecting my issue. I have called them more than 3 times to ask for help and got no help.
In one of the times It was to tell them that CSCS sent a request for them to send my documents, which I had already shared with them, and the guy on the phone said: “done! I’ve just sent your documents!”
After 2 days, I discovered they haven’t sent any documents at all! The guy in the phone was just pretending and mocking me.
Totally unreliable company, steer clear from them!
Also, when you call them the connection is really bad like you can’t understand what they say.
I’m currently still waiting for my card

Within 30 secs of sending online request I got a call from eddie price, gave me all the info I needed and sent all info and booked test. Painless and fast thanks.

Have now been informed that I need to take a further exam for my Cscs card after the additional centre test and online modules.
None of this was mentioned initially.

Scam company. Take money then no card. Contact details lead to rude, uninterested overseas call centre operators, who fob you off, then eventually just end the call. Absolutely disgusting taking £65 off people for a non existent card, that CAN be obtained for £40 direct from CSCS. Really wish my teenage son had read these reviews before wasting his hard earned money.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!! Avoid this company at all costs I got charged £65 for my gold cscs card, I’ve now found out I can get it much cheaper through CITB so I’ve asked for a refund to be told I will still be charged £25 and this was 2 weeks ago still no refund avoid at all costs they are scammers they will no answer emails now!

AVOID this joke of a company they take your money pass you around to defiant departments on the phone I have spent the best part of £3000 with them and all I have to show for it is a red temp card for site manger. when you ring to ask what is going on I get told that they need more money even though I have a paid invoice for the NVQ 6. Do not trust Nathan Jones or any other floor manger as I finally got hold of my NVQ assessor to find out that he had not been paid by Construction Safety this is why I had not received my NVQ paper work I asked John Miller from Construction safety why this had happed I was told by him he would have to listen to the phone calls to find out what had happed this is the 3ed time I have been told this and I have been promised that I would get a call back every time and it never happens. I asked for my money back as they have not given me what I have paid for again all I got is we will listen to the calls. I will pass this on to trading standards and try and get my money back the frustrating thing is that I cant get the time back I have lost trying to get this qualification.

This company has been a great experience whilst using them, they made things very clear of what was on offer and what I was going to get. They went step by step and broke down every part to make it easy to understand. Dan Price, being the main person to help with the process was a great source of the information I needed, he was a very positive and outgoing individual that done very well in making me confident within the business itself, he broke down every detail I needed and promised the process throughout the duration of my calls.
