Philip was excellent. Although it took some time to complete my console, I understood he has a YouTube channel, does Twitch streaming, and likely has a steady flow of consoles to repair. His communication via email was outstanding—he answered all my questions patiently and never made me feel that any of them were unusual. Five stars. Highly recommend!

I ordered a hdmi chip from them for the PS4 CUH1200. It came prepared to solder just had to take of a fake aliexpress one and solder this one. All went well. Thanks for the service, I recommend 100%.

Xbox one s front power button board good price. Once again great package. Even had fragile label on it and quick sevices.

Used Phil’s repair service for an Xbox Series X. Took about a week to get to repairing and communication was class. Unfortunately, it was not worth trying to repair the console as it likely was due to a failure in the RAM/APU. Would highly recommend Phil’s service for anyone’s electronics.

Within 2 hours of first message, I had my sons ps5 back and repaired, brilliant company, recommend anybody to use services

This was my first time getting a laptop repaired with Phil. I watched his channel and saw the care he put into his work and knew I could trust the quality of his work. Phil a sent a detailed response to my enquiry with some advice and a very fair quote. He was upfront and told me he had a backlog of work and it might take a little while to do my job which was fine with me. Very happy.

Got a quote, Sent PS5 in for repair and back again in a week time frame even with a workshop move can’t fault Phil excellent communication and would definitely recommend and would use services again in future if needed
