They were so professional from the start to the end. Any time I had a question or concern they address them right away. The installer Charlie and Lee were such perfectionist. Thank you to the management Karen, Stan and Gary.
I would highly recommend them.

“ConservatoryLand” provided an excellent service, from our tour of the factory and contract signing with Sam Thaker. Everything went smoothly from signing contract to removal on 21/08/2025 of the old conservatory by the ConservatoryLand contractor Mick Rouse of Rouse Property Improvements and the instalment of the new conservatory on 22/08/2025. We very are happy with our experience.

I love my posh new conservatory , which was a long overdue replacement for the old one and I wish I had done this sooner! It is so much lighter and much nicer to look at, good quality, and good value for money!!

Conservatoryland put up our conservatory in March 2025.All good til the rain came. Reported leak down inside wall with pictures. Promised builder would sort it.He made 3 different appointments which he didn’t show for. The office promised they would sort. Have ignored all attempts to get it sorted. They take your money and then ignore you.Unbelieveable behaviour this day and age. Ten year garantee not worth the paper it’s written on.We fell for the spill from the sales team.No after care at all. Don’t use them. Now going to small claims court.your reply is lies. We’ve chased you for 3 months now. We still have the leak. Of course we’re lying we always wanted a leaking conservatory for £20,000. We didn’t try to resolve it every week waiting patiently to move on. All our e-mails and messages good to go.

We had been planning to add a conservatory to our house since we moved in, but amongst other things happening, the conservatory was pushed back until January this year which was when I first contacted Conservatory Land for a brochure and a quote.
We were contacted regularly along the way with updates, designs, even down to choosing handle colours! Our delivery was right on schedule and recommended Builder was fantastic, and completed the construction within the time he said and also plastered the interior walls and fitted the sills.
We love our extra space, I recommend everyone to speak to Conservatory Land when looking for a conservatory!

Karen and Anthony have worked miracles to rectify my leaking conservatory. The leak is a mystery even though its 8 years old and both Karen & Anthony have worked tirelessly to resolve my issue - could hope for better customer service.

we bought our conservatory in 2016 and still love it. My wife and I put it together ourselves. With the instructions that were pretty easy to follow . Recently one of the window handles failed . But one call to customer services got it all sorted . One in the post that day, excellent service

Very friendly professional company to deal with no hard sell no salesman to battle with saw an advert in a national newspaper rang the number really only curious told them what design I had sent photos measurements came back with plans and price the same day showed the mistress of the house who as always wasn't happy with my plans had a conference call with with the mistress in charge tweaked the design to suit agreed price and discussed the different payment options settled on design plans and payment package date confirmed for installation nice professional installation company ground made ready conservatory delivered prefabricated built within one week looks fantastic no problems no fuss great company to do business with

Very pleased with the professionalism from conservatory land from start to finish. The quality of the product is first class. Any teething problems are dealt with straight away. Customer service is fantastic they keep you informed every step of the way. Installers it seems to me are hand picked for reliability and professionalism. I would highly recommend this company all day long.

A small issues turned into a massive job and Stan has spent one of the hottest days of the year basically rebuilding the 8 year old Conservatory to enable the rectification of the small issue - Stan is an amazing legend and a couldnt have been more helpful backed by Karen in the back office.

Great experience from start to finish. The conservatory steel base allowed us to have a conservatory on our park home where conventional footings are not permitted by planning. Their planners made it easy to decide which style and size we needed and were very knowledgeable. Full detailed plans were provided. Their approved fitter introduced himself at a time suitable to both of us and turned up to do a site survey and on the day of delivery with his team bang on time. The conservatory base was fitted with minimal fuss and the conservatory was erected as per schedule. The site was left clean and tidy. I could not fault the quality of the conservatory or the standard of workmanship all for a price far less than I was quoted by other firms. Highly recommend.

Decided to have a conservatory rang one well known company but they didn’t turn up ,so gave them a miss.Rang Conservatoryland who couldn’t be more helpful.Got a quote very quickly,agreed a price.Conservatoryland then handled the whole project,We are very happy with the construction is very good ,the fitters were excellent and arrived every day until finished a very good experience thoroughly recommend .
