Absolutely shocking behavior from a boutique shop that claims to care about plants. My order (13198WS) arrived completely ruined, packed appallingly in a tiny cling-wrap roll and random scraps of cardboard. The roots of this decades-old tree were actively impaled by planks of wood, and the entire plant was crushed on its side. On top of that, it was delayed for days by DPD after being sent to the wrong depot, forcing me to pay an extra £10 just to get it delivered on Thursday after it left on Monday.Seeing a beautiful tree treated with such severe negligence broke my heart. I even spent money hiring a handyman for track lighting and bought an expensive Lechuza pot, all completely wasted now. While Conservatory Archives finally refunded the tree itself, they are stubbornly refusing to refund the £48 delivery fee. Why should I be out of pocket for an utterly failed delivery that destroyed the product? To make matters worse, the staff on the phone gave me nothing but a bad attitude and they have never once apologised. I previously took down a negative review hoping they would do the right thing, but their customer service is non-existent. I am totally shocked by this reputable shop's conduct. I am now taking this to my bank to force a full chargeback for breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act. Avoid this place at all costs.

Really not impressed. Firstly i went to buy plant online and delivery £18 next day it was £20 ! Came in a box far too big for the scrawnly plant I recieved. Very lank with leaf cut in half. Do not expect such a bad plant for £100.Have bought better of ebay at half the cost.Did want other plants but now will never buy again from them.Total rip off

Conservatory Archives products are truly great. I was so impressed with the quality and care! Thank you for the lovely small present; it was such a thoughtful surprise. Everything is of excellent quality, and I highly recommend them.

I’ve just received two Deroma bowls. I always have apprehension when ordering fragile items online because over the years many have arrived damaged….. Not this time.
This really is the best packaged fragile order that I have EVER received. The care and attention that has gone into the packaging is commendable.

I’m also really happy with the bowls, which compliment my other Deroma Graphite plant pots. Deroma pots are the best 👍

Consistently excellent customer service and much better quality control than most online plant delivery stores.

If you’re buying a large/expensive plant, I highly recommend Conservatory Archives. I’ve bought lots of items from them and, while there can be issues given we’re talking about a living thing, on the two occasions (out of many where there were no issues) an issue arose they resolved it quickly and generously.

What an amazing service! I made an online order on Sunday and received it the next day (without paying for express delivery). A complimentary plant was such a nice touch. I love their selection of plants and pots, plus it's an independent business so I'll definitely order from them again

I have used this company 4-5 times in the last year and it is an excellent business with a great stock of plants and accessories. Courier transport of plants and fragile products can a risky business but in the one instance that I have had an issue they have dealt with it really well, i.e. supplied replacement of broken plant pots. Great communication by email and fast delivery as well.

I have placed 3 orders from CA so far, they have been good. It is difficult to keep plants all intact when they are delivered. I live in London, and the plants are hand delivered (contactless) in bags, so it's been good so far.

Good collections and the price is ok.
