Shocking service. Takes months to do simple tasks then just ignores messages left by clients and other solicitors trying to make contact. Delaying our process by months because of there slow response to every aspect of getting probate and transferring property to buyer.

Sharon and the whole team at Connolley and Company are the best!

I was recommended them by a friend of mine and they truly are superb… we have bought and sold a lot of property between us over the years but have never found a conveyancing firm who are all of these things:

4. Highly Efficient
5. Great communicators
6. Patient
7. Always call you back!

The list goes on. We pulled out of 2 properties early doors after instructing them - but they understood and didn’t make us feel bad.

When we did find our dream home, they were by far the best conveyancer in the chain.

We can’t thank them or recommend them enough - they will definitely be our first choice again and we have recommended them to all our friends, family and colleagues.

As an executor for a will and following a difficult experience with another Solicitor, I approached what I hoped would be a more personal service .
My first impressions when I went to the office was a friendly straightforward business, the sale of the property was dealt with efficiently without any added complications or unnecessary jargon .

I can only write from personal experience of this company after two house sales and a purchase and we just couldn’t fault them or their services. Always professional, attentive to our requirements and kept us informed throughout. Since engaging their services, we’ve spoken to a few people who’ve used Connolley & Company and who were also more than satisfied with them. Would definitely recommend.

Bullies the other party to complete in unreasonable timescales, then right at the last minute declares that they themselves arent even ready and expects everyone to just accept a 2 week delay. Doesn't keep their Client informed. Appears to be unable to use common sense to get the outcome that their Client is looking for. Caused huge distress to me and my family. Rude towards their Clients estate agent. Reacts very badly when anyone questions them. In summary, not a Solicitor that I would ever recommend.
