Great company and product

Connection failure/ problem
Excellent camera for size and magnetic feature.
Sadly difficult installation with WiFi. Just was unable to have connection to WiFi. Connection failure to device. Google search showed a common problem hence Returned it.

We're sorry the Wi-Fi setup wasn't successful in your case. We did provide troubleshooting steps that often resolve connection issues, but we understand you decided to return the camera instead.
After receiving the unit back, we tested it thoroughly and were able to connect it successfully, so it doesn't appear there was a fault with the camera itself. That said, we appreciate that setup issues can be frustrating, and sometimes compatibility or network settings can vary from one installation to another.

Quick response and delivery, Deco was easy to install and setup, connected all devices and it works great so far. Only been using it for a month or so but no complaints. Fits the house and covers all Internet gaps nicely with strong and stable connection.

On 5 July, due to an error when sale pricing was applied to our website, the Eufy Smart Display E10 was displayed at an incorrect price. Once the issue was identified on the morning of Monday 6 July, the listing was corrected and affected orders were refunded.
Your order was refunded in full at 11:25am on 6 July and we contacted you shortly afterwards to explain the situation.
We appreciate that this was frustrating and apologise for the inconvenience caused. The pricing error was not intentional and did not reflect the product's actual sale price.
