Disgusting company, I am only to assume the good reviews on here are fake just like the fb posts and reviews I see.

Absolutely disgusting that they are claiming to be sunscreen and there’s parents out there believing their children are protected and getting burned. They won’t refund me, ignoring countless emails.

BEWARE!!!!! Don’t trust the positive reviews. They are imitating sky &sol so if you want a natural sun cream purchase from them.

This product is terrible. I am religious about sun screen. I got so badly burnt today that my eyelids are even burnt. I have contacted customer services, order #9760.
I paid £56 for a product that doesn't work. I'm just glad I stuck to the supermarket factor 50 for my children.

Update - I was finally refunded. My review still stands. I would not repurchase or trust this company again.

SCAM!! Stay away!! Currently fighting for a refund. Never received order. Pointed out this site and now all the sudden 5 star reviews are popping up every hour to bury the 1 star reviews. BEWARE!! SHIPS FROM CHINA. All these reviews says the got a “bad batch” is total crap.

Most recent update: As of 8/9 - STILL no response from customer service. Sent screenshot of customer service response stating refund “no questions asked” yet no one is responding. Don’t fall for their response it’s a gimmick to act like they’re on top of this.

In response to reply - I have 3 emails sent to customer service that are unresponded to as early as 7/29 and as recent as yesterday.
I have not been offered a refund and would like one. I do not want to products as my trust in the company is gone. Please refund. My order number was 11695. Thanks

If you have sensitive skin that reacts to everything, just buy this. It's the only thing that's worked for us

i just added up what i've spent on failed sunscreens this year... over $200. this one actually works. i wish i had found it sooner.

A little pricey, but the one I just got is amazing. It feels like a luxury moisturizer. i think some of the older reviews might be for a different formula.

This product is a full scam! It's not even sunscreen, it's a highly chemical ingrediant bullshit cream! I use beef tallow sunscreen so I know what I'm talking about. This product is not what it's advertised! Be aware! DON'T BUY IT!

I have rosacea and my skin hates everything. this sunscreen doesn't just not irritate it, it actually seems to calm it down. I'm amazed.

Had a problem with my first order not being what I ordered. Their customer service team responded in like an hour and sent a replacement immediately. The new tube is perfect. 10/10 for how they handled it.

Delivered ok but no protection I’ve been burnt using this it’s definitely not factor 50 !!

This is a total scam. They ship from China & product never arrives. When you contact them they apologize & buy time by resending. Two months have gone by & no sunscreen. I asked for a refund & got no response.
Lesson learned plus it's supposedly made in China.... NO Thanks🇺🇸

Unsafe products and poor refund handling

I ordered three sunscreens from Confiditashop and requested to cancel and receive a refund shortly after placing the order. They ignored my request.

The sunscreens I received are unsafe, misleadingly labelled, and do not match the advertised description. They pose a real health risk. I shudder to think what could have happened if I had trusted these products. They claim its with SPF, but no where on the product does it say so. There is only written "Sunscreen" on the product.

According to EU consumer law, I’m entitled to a full refund when goods are not as described or are unsafe—especially since I cancelled well within the 14-day withdrawal period. Confiditashop’s failure to refund the full amount is a clear violation of consumer rights.

I am still demanding a full refund and am more than willing to send these questionable products (which appear to be made in China) back to Sweden.

I brought this in good faith , we always use green people sunscream.
Im furious how bad this is ! I never burn normally, me and my partner have burned so bad on out first day using this!! Avoid!!! Its terrible , totally ruined our first few days on our holiday .

I never received my order, when I wrote them they replied I had to go check it out with a courier service, which was based in another country. Total scam, stay away!

Sie verkaufen eine angeblich organische Sonnencreme, die dann aus China ankommt und alles andere als natürlich ist. Inhalt: Titanium Dioxide - nachweislich krebserregend.

Danach wird einem vom Kundenservice angeboten, dass die Hälfte des Preises erstattet wird oder man auf eigene Kosten das Paket nach China zurücksenden kann und dann die Erstattung erfolgt. Absolute Betrugsmasche!!

Oh yes - Shit ingredients.

I was only out in the sun for 30 minutes, and got a pretty bad burn. Will be throwing it away immediately, and so glad it didn’t make it into my bag so I used my other sunscreen on my kid.

This stuff is awful!! We went to the beach yesterday, applied the suncream every 90 mins and we have come away with almost 3rd degree burns! It’s awful product. It doesn’t smell or spread like tall and is totally unless. Stay clear!!!!!!

On the website it shows 9000 review Trustpilot 5* which is not reflecting the reality when we come to Trustpilot website...
