Great service that ask all the right questions when needed iv been with them for years dont plan on leaving anytime soon

After dealing with credit union for years for 2 reasons had to close account with them. Sadly when someone demands money from your bank account the credit union takes it upon the self to withdrawal the miney without permission from the account holder. Not once but twice! Also after years of dealing with them my accountability wasn’t enough for a small mortgage so after they refused me I went to another bank where I was not only given a mortgage but a credit line. Very disappointed that someone who we entrust without money feels they have authority to make such drastic decisions. The mortgage I understand but the withdrawals, not acceptable on either occasion

I have been with Conexus for at least 2 years at this point. Every person I have dealt with has been nothing but good, nice and honest. They treat members right. Their "No Fee Chequing" account is exactly what it says on the tin. More complicated stuff does sometimes require a fee (i.e. a Cashier Cheque) however services you would expect an additional fee for.

All said this is a glowing review, however the reason why I am giving them 4 stars is their limited ability for more complex things, international transfers and the like. Took several hours to get a US cashier's cheque however they made it happen and were nice, honest and understandable the entire time. If you on the regular need complex transactions that may include international transfers, Conexus may not be for you. Otherwise, for general personal banking, I will and have on multiple occasions, recommended people to Conexus.
