UPS send no e-mail on time
UPS send no e-mail on time! 2 days later!!! When I received the UPS-Delivery-Postcard in my postbox and want to pick up the parcel at the shop, the Parcel was not there. A day later, when the parcel finally was in the shop, they don't handed out the parcel to my brother (he has the identical(!) address and last name like me, he lives with me in my home!!!)
The UPS Shop only caused trouble. It would be better the packages were sent by the normal DHL and not UPS.
The pants themselves from Concrete were in good condition, just a little creased.
