Concord Commissions is not only the best commissions advancement company I’ve ever worked with, they are the best company I’ve ever worked with. The team is extremely responsive. They start processing your advance immediately upon submission. They treat you like a real person and I feel they genuinely care about you as a person. I should also mention they have the most competitive rates. Highly, highly, recommend this company!

very responsive and got back to me on all my questions to clarify how everything worked. I was a little surprised about the amount of money they were actually willing to advance me because I first heard about them and responded to them because of an email in which they offered me ... and stated very clearly in the email that they would advance up to '"90%" of the net commission due me regarding an upcoming closing. Which I thought was a little bit nuts and risky for them to begin with ...but I thought it might be interesting to inquire. But all in all they did a great job and their fees are 45% less than others that I interviewed for the short term advance. I'm happy with their service thus far. I think maybe I'm going to have to give them one of my grandchildren..??? if it doesn't close ??or something ?? I haven't read all of the fine print yet.??..but we've got a bunch of em ...so it's all good.!!.. Cameron is the bomb.!

This is the best Commission Advance company in the business. I was with a certain company that EXP is aligned with, and they are more than twice the amount.... hummmm I wonder if EXP is getting a kickback from having them on Skyslope with the button "advance my commission". In my opinion, they charge you crazy interest and are stingy about what they approve. The last one I had with them on a 45K commission, they would only loan $1,300. Not sure about you guys, but $1,300 isn't enough to matter. The rates with Concord are good, their turnaround is quick, and they are easy to work with. If you are shopping for an advanced company. Do yourself and your checking account a favor and use this company.

These guys are awesome. There are times in real estate business where I need something to help me bridge the gaps and they are able to make it happen quickly and without any trouble. You don’t need your Broker signature for the advance either which is a big reason I wound up choosing them.

Let me start off by saying- I NEVER leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one.

I’ve used Concord Commission Advance at least 10 times over the last couple years, and they are hands down one of the best and easiest companies to work with if you’re a real estate agent and need a compensation (commission) advance. They are fast, efficient, SUPER friendly, willing to work with you if the closing is delayed, and SO. MUCH. CHEAPER. than any of the other big advance companies out there. The advance fee on a $5,000 advance with the company I used to use would cost me over $1,500, turning that $5k advance into $6,500, and with Concord, the fee on the same $5k advance cost less than $500, saving me a ton of money when I need an advance to keep my business running during slow times or between closings. These guys deserve every bit of a 5-star review and then some! If you need a compensation or commission advance, reach out and get a quote from them. You won’t regret it.
