Can not really trust what they say and advertise

First order for about $8,400 (Jan 2025) went somewhat smoothly, still waiting for a refund on “back ordered” parts (it’s now 2026)

Second order (Jan 2025) went well, I believe it was for a couple of hundred dollars

Third order for almost $10,000 (Mar 2025) was never shipped and they refused to refund my money (hiding behind the description) and the production is no longer on their site… I had to go through my credit card and PayPal (15 months after order and full payment) to get my funds back.
If there was a zero start rating I would have opted for it…
I completely don’t understand their attitude and how they can be highly rated for some and so badly with others

I placed an order with them for an overnight delivery,and now they are saying it will take 2 days but I payed for overnight. I placed the order on 4/14 for delivery on 4/15 and now they are saying it won't be here until 4/16 so I payed the overnight delivery for 2 day shipping not ordering from them anytime soon.

Was a very long time customer but as time went on the owner Coz first sold me a counterfeit 300 degrees fuel rail fast forward I got a fake Nissan parts and some other questionable parts . . I stopped purchasing anything from these guys soon after

Used to be OK for Z32 parts to Australia but not any more, fedex manage to screw you around for weeks with constant lies regarding delivery, no longer fit for purpose, just go to Amayama and others, can be done cheaper quicker and better else where and not use fedex.

I bought an injector adapter kit a year ago and they were out of stock, so I was up-sold a different adapter kit per their recommendation.

The upsold adapter kit did not fit properly and led to catastrophic engine damage. Thinking I caused it with an improper install, I ordered another set of injectors and brought the set to a professional, where they were also unable to get a proper fitment. When I left a review of this product on their website, it was deleted.

I finally re-ordered the original czp adapter kit I wanted, and everything fit perfectly. Had I not listened to their first recommendation, I would not have wasted a year, a motor, and my money. THey have not responded to this yet.

Even with proper fitting injectors and adapters, their injectors make the car run way too rich. They have not given me any good reason why.

I ordered a Nistune license key. It was never delivered to my email, so I contacted CZP. After a few more days of back and forth, I finally got my key.

Ordered recirc valves, and was surprised by an email after I paid saying they weren't actually in stock and in fact, back ordered for potentially up to a month. Still waiting for those to ship almost a month later, while they currently list the product on their website as in stock with "fastlane" shipping available.

Their wiki is riddled with incorrect / unchecked information. I brought up a specific example and they never responded.

Always good costumer service, mistakes can happen we are al just human beings. But they always make things right whitout a struggle. Keep up the good work guys.

No tracking etc. available, mailed the company for a refund, did not receive any money & still no solution..

Ordered several OEM parts as well as a couple of CZP hose kits for dressing. OEM parts were authentic in original Nissan packaging. Shipping was quick. Nick was very helpful in finding the right hose kit for my cooler.

liars, I paid for next day standard, first they didn't ship my products the day of purchase because they said they didn't have the part in stock, because of this and the fact that next day shipping is only valid M-F my parts aren't going to be here Until Monday and I purchased everything on Thursday, that's 5 days until I get my stuff. They should have contacted me directly as my phone number is in my account profile. They are an unscrupulous company, get your parts from Z1 unless you live in PHX.

This place is hit or miss but on the miss side it’s a big miss as the owner is selling customers counterfeit OEM Nissan parts and copied aftermarket parts as originals . If you plan on using CZP stay away from anything OEM and do your research on the aftermarket parts before buying

This place continually holds shipping on large orders when only one item is on backorder or delayed. I have to actively call them and sort it out everytime. There is no way to handle this online in my account. Even better is that I can get the backordered or discontinued parts from my dealer. The people there are nice, but I may have made my last order with CZP.

I ordered an Invidia R400 Exhaust for My Type-R In July. After a few weeks, they refunded my money and said it was back ordered till the end of the year ( they had emailed me, and had assumed since I didn't respond that they should refund me). I noticed the price had also immediately jumped from $995 to $1299. I called immediately and said I didn't want to cancel, the person I spoke with said they would let me know when available instead of telling me they would let me reorder at my price. I waited and no one contacted me. I finally contacted today 10/27/21 and they told me I can absolutely order and wait, but at the regular price. They wont honor the original price they sold it to me when they refunded me without me confirming and when I tried to repurchase immediately.

Ordered my Air lift performance suspension kit for my S15 via concept Z .
Everything arrived well packaged, quickly and were excellent to deal with regarding a few emails i sent.
Highly recommended.
